Great Brace, A #1, (runs a little big)
I really like this brace because it really helps stabilize my knee. I underwent a right knee RE-replacement in May of 2018. I got 14 yrs. out the first replacement and since the Re-replacement I have good times & bad times with this knee. Well about 3 months ago (early May 2020) my right knee went out from under me. It just kinda collapsed under me. Nothing was torn or broken it just went out. Well what has happened my Quad muscle had gotten so weak I couldn't depend on it or walk very well. So I std. therapy to strengthen it. Well after 2 months of 3 x a week I was still having trouble. I asked the PT should I get a brace & he thinks I should build the muscle. Having worn a brace before I thought it would help me. I'm a big man 6'0--385 & I knew it would help me out. Well I looked at a lot of braces here on Amazon & came up with with this one. I really like it but it is a little big even after having my son do the measuring. It is VERY WELL MADE, STURDY & THE VELCRO IS THE BEST EVER. It holds firmly but the bottom part is a little loose. I prob. should have gotten a size smaller but I am VERY SATISFIED WITH MY BRACE!!! Again the Velcro is A1. I believe that I would hold an extra Rocket on the Space Shuttle heading into space!!! I would recommend this highly but I think that they may run a little big, but it still does the trick!!

Perfect for fat thighs
I almost could've down down to an XL, but I have fat thighs & my previous brace wasn't wide enough at the top so when I cranked the velcro down to hold properly, I had a bulge at the top. Had to wear this to work today (barista, constantly moving), & I've also used it when clearing brush & downed trees. It stays in place, it doesn't pinch or roll as I'm moving. I wish I had found it last year when I injured myself. *edited months later* loaned this to a coworker & she asked for the link before her shift was over. I love that it holds all of the parts in place & has room for fat thighs as well. Still loving this *two years later* ordering a second one because I suggested my husband try this instead the other one he was using because this one has the straps around the patella. I feel bad asking to have it back because he's been actively wearing it & loves those patellar stabilizing straps I pointed out because they're working for him so well.

Bulky, too much Velcro for old lady
This brace is very sturdy and offers fantastic support. But it has a lot of Velcro straps that wrap around and an 80 year old that can hardly lift her legs and has trouble moving just can't deal with all that. If you can leave the straps loosely fastened, lift the leg, slip in, pull it up and fasten the straps, then that brace should be great. We had to return it unfortunately.

may work for you. could not get the top strap on.
got the size it says to for my knee 2x. to small for my thigh. fits well at the calf and knee. could not get the strap at the top to reach all the way around with twisting it and just reaching the front to keep the top one closed. also uncomfortable behind the knee. may be because it did not fit right. if your thigh is over 23 inches the top will not fit all the way around and let you use the pull through part to strap it. luckily i bought 2 types and the other one worked great. fits and is comfortable enough. it does not use the pull through piece to make it strap.

Plus size hinged knee brace
This product was literally perfect in every way. Ease of application is assisted with the incorporation of Velcro.

Awesome knee support
This brace has helped put me back on two legs again! I tried it out for the first time last week and was very pleased to see that it fit fine. I wore it the entire day, that is a big deal, I usually remove my knee support or wrap after a few hours due to discomfort. I was active for most of the day traveling out of town and helping my parents move into their new home. This support stayed in place and was comfortable for the entire day. I think having the velcro straps wrap from the right and left side of the knee helped stabilize my knee. My knee felt great at the end of the day, again this is a big deal. Thank you so much for making a knee support for larger knees. They are very hard to find.

Generally good, not perfect
I have been having a knee issue for the past couple months, so I decided to try out a knee brace. I had to get the largest size, which is a little too big for me, but the smaller sizes wouldn't have fit at all. Because it's a little big, some of the material folds up when I tighten the straps and push into my leg a bit. It's not too bad, just a little annoying. I have to wear the brace under my pants because if I try to put it on top, I can't tighten it enough and it slips down. Having said that, it does fit under my pants, but I tend to wear loose-fitting pants. If you wear tighter fitting clothes, it may be a problem. It took me a good bit of trial and error to get the brace set properly, and it still slips a little more than I like. If I tighten it more, it cuts into my leg and pinches.
