Quality Sponge - Extorted Pricing
I would like to say, first off, that I LOVE this artificial pumice sponge. The sponge lasts a REALLY long time, far longer than any of the other synthetic pumice sponges I have used. In fact, as of this review, I am still using my first sponge, and expect it to last at least another six months. My usage is between 2-5 times a week. The sponge pores are tight and soft, but abrasive enough to safely 'sand' the callouses on the bottom of my feet and use as a light passover on the tops of my feet and around my ankles. The curvatures of the sponge work very well around the tops and sides of my toes as well as in-between. (I have very thick callouses on the bottoms of my feet, probably from all those barefoot days as a youngster. So I need something that is 'very' 'effective', but won't tear up my skin.)I take good care of my sponges. I have a small, strong synthetic-bristled 'nail' brush (O'Cedar, from the grocery store kitchen section) which I use on the sponge with a strong surfactant, rinsing well, and setting out to air-dry (away from my bath/shower) on a paper towel, after each and every use.I never fail to do this (just use it and set it up on one of my bath shelves) since any amount of debris allows for bacteria to build up and mold/mildew to set in. Even if you can't see the 'results' of bacteria, just take it for granted that it's there!I also 'disinfect' my sponges at least twice a month (with heavier use, no less than once a week) with 90-proof rubbing alcohol, or hydrogen peroxide.I would have given this product 4 stars, but since Amazon insists on price extortion I can't in good conscience fail to include that factor in my review.(When I purchased my Titania Angled Pumice Sponge (Pack of 3) in January of this year - 2014 -, the price was $7.16. Amazon has now DOUBLED the price - November. This seems to be an ongoing theme with Amazon in the last few years. Buy an item one month, for a 'reasonable' 'online price', and the next month the price has skyrocketed by 30-60 percent - or more, as in this case.)But if you can 'afford' Amazon's financial shakedown, I can, with assurance, recommend the product.

Good shape,long lasting,does the job
I've used natural pumice and it's messy and not very effective. The Titania is shaped well to fit your grip while attacking your problem spots. Does not crumble and really exfoliates well. I've been using the 1st one of the package for several weeks now and see that it will last for a very long time. I use it with moisturizing shower gel and it leaves your skin like new. Purchased because I suddenly developed very thick calloused skin on my feet. Also purchased Dr. Scholl's Invigorating Pedicure Spa which I started my "cure" with. But the Titania really did the trick. Haven't tried others offered by Amazon and do not see any need to. Highly recommend.

They work
These pumice sponges work great for removing heel calluses. I would recommend using them with heel callus remover as I purchased both at the same time and the combination works great! I've always had very dry feet and since I've started using these two products my feet are baby butt soft!

My daughter and I love to use them on our feet while showering
These compact pumice sponges do what they are supposed to do without scraping off your skin or causing irritation. My daughter and I love to use them on our feet while showering. They last well and since they are not made of real pumice stone, they are not porous so bacteria cannot grow. Wish I could still buy them singly and choose the color myself.

a waste of money
These don't work very well. They break done in a fine sand as you are using them and do very little to really tough, troublesome spots. I will just stick to me dremell type pedicure kit. I thought this would be a quicker step...NOT!!

Best Pumice ever
I love the angled pumice. It is the same type of pumice that is used when you get a pedicure. But it is angled which makes it even easier to use when you are in the shower.

One of my "must haves"
These are the only pumice stones that keep my heels soft. They don't shred skin, just smooth it. "Pumice sponge" is the perfect name for them. Hard to find - this is a good deal.

Pumice Sponge not recommended.
Very rough, breaks down quickly causing a lot of debris and not effective. Would never buy it again!!

Great product, great price
I am a huge fan of these pumice stones as they leave your feet feeling very soft and smooth, can be used on your fingers, and float so that they don't damage the tub surface or end up being sat on. This is a great deal on them, and they ship promptly. Very satisfied!
