Received product - looked half decent quality. Pretty much what u expect for £30. The first mistake I made was buying an Asda SIM card. I bought this as they have the longest standby time between spending money. I downloaded the app, which was quite frustrating to use. I couldn’t connect the phone to the app. Various ‘experts’ gave advice on various texts to send the watch. It was all quite confusing. The following day I bought an 02 sim and straight away things appeared different on the watch ( it showed it had internet ). I spent about 2hrs trying to connect to the app. I’m not totally sure how it happened, but we’re now connected. Unable to add sos numbers, but have added a few contacts to the phone book. Note - unless you can connect the watch to the app, you can’t even change the time on the watch (it’s pretty much useless).

I chose this one because of all the great reviews but it is awful - I am certainly not a technophobe and yet it took 2 weeks to even get the sim working. The GPS doesn't work - locates my kids 500m away (which is useless if they're missing!!!) - always says device is offline. Spent so many hours on this trying to get it to work, total waste of money. And I bought 2 - one for each of my kids, and both say device offline and GPS is 500m out!!! Charging cable is rubbish too, disconnects very easily.

The clock broke the next day, we opened the pacage and the clock worked, but since we had not bought a SIM card yet, my son played a little bit with the clock and we pushed it to the SIM card coming . The next day the SIM card arrived, but the clock already did not work. The clock turns on and off uncontrollably. We are very upset,because the watch was a birthday present for my son — this is very unpleasant. Unfortunately we threw away the original packaging, since the clock worked the first night.

Keeps saying no networking equipment on app despite signal bars and 2 directional arrows present

My boy loves the watch.Very lightweight watch . Camera is good quality , more then enough . Easy to insert SIM card and after dial the number . Also you can make phone call with video and without video . We love this watch , very practical ! And I now how is my boy all the time

Was a present for birthday yesterday and still unable to set up. We will try one more time if no joy return totally dissatisfied and with upset children

Didn’t work. Tried various Sims, including recommended Sim. Ordered early for present. By time returned from holiday refund window closed. Very unhappy customer

So far impressed. I used an O2 micro sim which works fine. Quick delivery and easy set up. Haven’t tested in water yet but overall happy with the watch for my sons 4th birthday
