Works great with our solar charger
We recently installed the EPEVER MT50 Remote Meter in our trailer to monitor our solar charger, and overall, it has proven to be a reliable and user-friendly device. Here are our thoughts:Pros:Effective Monitoring: This remote meter does a great job at monitoring our solar charger. It provides clear and accurate readings, making it easy to keep track of our solar system's performance.User-Friendly: The device is straightforward to use. The interface is intuitive, and navigating through the settings and readings is hassle-free.Compatibility: It's perfectly suited for the Tracer-AN/BN Series and Triron-N models, integrating seamlessly with our existing solar setup.Cons:Backlit Screen Issue: One drawback is that pressing the OK button to view the backlit screen automatically turns on the power to your devices. This can be inconvenient if you just want to check the screen without powering up everything.Short Cable: The included cable is quite short, limiting the placement options for the remote meter. However, we were able to extend it using a standard CAT5 cable, which worked perfectly.Despite these minor issues, the EPEVER MT50 Remote Meter is a valuable addition to our solar setup. It offers reliable monitoring and ease of use, enhancing our ability to manage our solar charger efficiently.Overall, it’s a solid product that we would recommend to anyone needing a dependable remote meter for their solar system.Would definitely recommend it for its effectiveness and ease of use!

Great remote solar controller viewing unit.
Easy to set up, nicely made, and works as described. I use it with an Acopower 40w Solar Controller and two 150w panels. Plug and Play!

Epever Bluetooth Works but...
Updated...Android software and PC software missing this Bluetooth device. Customer service response to a different email was quick. They sent a new video instructions due to software changes and instructions that come with device not applicable and out dated.Software finally communicated with solar controller and does allow for simple monitoring.Epever needs to update website and software to reflect current products and changes to the product line.I'd love to see communication with a PC software and this device.

Solar kit improvement!
I have a small space in which to operate my solar equipment so this controller made it easier for me to read and program the unit. So far very happy with this addition to my solar set-up!

Good if they work.
It was easy to install. And the one that came with my charge controller worked fine. I bought another one when I ordered the controller as it said it didn’t come with the MT50. The one I ordered separately was faulty and kept giving me failure messages. Saying high temp, battery Irr and one other. Not only did it read those codes but it caused the properly functioning MT50 to do the same. Fortunately once I unplugged the faulty device the problems and false codes went away. Returning it was easy via amazon so alls we’ll that ends well. I like the smiley face on the display and the different system monitoring screens. If you get one that works it’s great if you get a lemon like my second one you won’t be very happy. But pretty sure you need one for these controllers

Get your self a magnifying glass for the manual, 12345678 will be the passcode
Too hard in the age of quantum to setup. If I wasn't a field service engineer with patience. It will not let you program the charge controller. You need to take a picture of the epever charge controller manua and enlarge it. Lipo4 bat set up is a mess good luck.
