The first time I got a yeast infection, I blamed it on my birth control - Nuvaring - even though it was also the first time I had received oral. So I cleared it up with Fluconazole and got a prescription for the pill.However, months later when I received oral for the second time (from a guy I had just started a relationship with), I got another yeast infection. Thankfully, we went on break from school so I had time to deal with it on my own, but by this time I realized that my body was the problem, not my birth control. Since my guy loved giving me oral and I didn't want to have any uncomfortable talks like: "I have a yeast infection," I took Fluconazole to cure it and looked up ways to prevent future yeast infections. Since AZO Yeast Prevention was highly rated and not very expensive, I decided to buy it and hope for the best.I have been back at school for a month and even after lots of oral and sex (sometimes involving whipped cream or chocolate sauce, which is said to increase the risk of yeast infection) I am yeast infection free! This product makes me so much more comfortable and less worried while in bed with my boyfriend. I never want to run out of this product, and when I get close to doing so, I guarantee that I will put more in my cart. I DID get a YEAST INFECTION while using this product, but that was only because I received oral regularly during a time when my pill usage was sporadic. This really did help relieve the symptoms though, but once it was cleared up, I remembered to take this product daily and have had no problems since. For a time I misplaced this product, but I had no oral until a few days after I began taking it again.

Skeptically purchased these at Walmart (have since purchased from Amazon in this 3 pack). Amazed at how much relief they provided from an intense yeast infection by the following day, with no other internal treatment. Took 2 tabs 4-6 times a day the first 12 hours and then 1 tablet 3-4 times a day. If you eat a lot of sugar or bread you can take one or 2 and it helps a lot for keeping flareups at bay. Candidase also works excellently. It is the only enzyme brand I've found that actually works on yeast- almost as well/quickly as diflucan/fluconazole. Between these 2 I still eat as much sugar and sweets as I like, limit milk but not ice cream or yogurt and greatly limit white bread gluten but eat all I want of einkorn and brown rice pasta (Tinkyada is the best and even my kids can't tell it's not regular noodles). So happy to be done with monthly to bimonthly yeast issues, terconazole, diflucan and all the other chemicals. Also there are some Essential oils you can mix that help a lot with itching or discomfort and kill yeast externally. 1/4 tsp coconut oil, 1/4 tsp tea tree oil, 5 drops each of peppermint, lavender and calendula. If you don't have all of these or only 1 or 2 that is fine too. Warning- too much peppermint it's tingly on sensitive areas! There are additional EO's you can research to add as well or make a few different mixtures.Zane Oregano oil is also an excellent internal yeast treatment that can be used in conjuction with AZO and Candidase. Wish more health providers would mention these as helpful instead of going right to prescriptions

This is an amazing product. Years ago, I used to get gas after almost every meal I ate. If it wasn't gas, I'd get a "rumbling" or upset stomach, a queasy feeling, hot flashes, or sometimes even diarrhea as I digested. I thought I was sensitive to foods, and tried eliminating different groups such as glutens, dairy, or meat, to determine the exact sensitivity. Then one day, a friend recommended that I take one of these tablets as a daily probiotic and my life was forever changed for the better. I no longer get gas (at all). I never get an upset stomach, queasiness, or diarrhea either. I believe this product helps my gastrointestinal tract function to the best of it's ability. As a probiotic, it has the best of both worlds: it's shelf-stable and inexpensive, what more could you ask for? I'm sure it also helps fight yeast, because I've never gotten a yeast infection since I've been taking one daily, and I used to get them many times a year.

I have used this product for over 10 years now and have loved the results. I am on antibiotics for life due to MRSA that is dormant inside a rod in my left leg, I was given the choice of antibiotics for life or take the chance or the MRSA becoming active and more surgeries I chose the antibiotics. The AZO Yeast helps to prevent yeast infections which I am greatly pleased with because antibiotics cause yeast infections in females. have used this vendor before and they always fulfill my orders. I read a review by another Amazon shopper that said she took this and found that while she was taking it, her long-term athlete's foot disappeared. I have had athlete's foot for about 4 years now, and have been successful at keeping it under control, but not curing it. I have tried every over-the-counter remedy, as well as some very unconventional ones (think ammonia, gasoline, bleach, etc. every few hours at one point). I recently discovered that I have a medical problem that causes poor circulation in my toes, and I believe that is why my infection will not go away.Anyway, I was thrilled to find that this simple product might get rid of my athlete's foot, so I bought it and gave it a try. I took three tablets per day, one when I awoke, one at midday and one just before bed. While using these, my athlete's foot was not a problem. When I stopped, the infection was back, just as usual.So, I can't say this product will get rid of athlete's foot. It might, if you don't have poor circulation, but I can say that it helps relieve the symptoms. As for the label usage, I really can't say whether it is effective or not, but I would imagine that it is, since they are both fungus.
