**Update 02/23/2025**Reliable Batteries with Excellent Customer ServiceI've been using EBL AA rechargeable batteries for over a year, primarily for window candles during cold winter nights, flashlights, ambient lights around the fireplace, remote controls, and even my handheld frother. While the initial purchase worked well, I noticed a significant depletion in battery life over the past year despite using EBL's certified charging and discharging devices.Even though I was beyond the 30-90 day replacement window, I reached out to EBLAA's customer service, and they were incredibly responsive. They investigated the issue and determined that I may have received a bad batch. Without hesitation, they helped me either reorder new batteries or offered a refund. The AA and AAA batteries I originally purchased were a mix-and-match set, and while most performed well, a few degraded more quickly than expected.What truly stands out is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They ensured I had a resolution and made the process seamless. Initially, I was very optimistic about reducing e-waste and saving money compared to disposable batteries, but my experience has been mixed.Pros:-The batteries perform well when first purchased and charged.-Chargers are straightforward to use.Cons:-Decreased Performance Over Time: After repeated use, the batteries start depleting faster than expected. Many of the batteries I purchased now last only a few hours to a day, which defeats the purpose of rechargeable batteries.-Size Issues: Some of the batteries are slightly larger than standard sizes, making them incompatible with certain devices. Even though they’re thicker, this doesn’t seem to translate into better energy storage or extended performance.-Cycling Doesn’t Help: I’ve tried using the discharge and recharge cycles on the chargers to restore performance, but it hasn’t made a noticeable difference.-Longevity Concerns: Over the past two years, I’ve had to replace 10–20 of these batteries because they’ve become almost unusable.At this point, the cost and effort of constantly replacing rechargeable batteries feels similar to just buying and discarding standard batteries. I recently purchased another set because EBL consistently gets good reviews, and I remain hopeful these new ones will perform better.If you’re considering buying EBL batteries, keep in mind that while they may work great initially, their long-term durability may be an issue. I ran half of these through a smart charger and all had over 2200mah capacity. Internal resistance varied from 088 to 196. My Eneloops have lower resistance but only 2100mah. These are about half the price and they come with handy storage containers. I'll be getting more as my wife has claimed these for her LED candles.

I previously bought a charger and 8 batteries and they have worked well so I bought more. We go through AA batteries so much it just makes sense to use rechargeable ones. Have had no problems with any of them. They all work and my daughter loves that she can pop them in the charger and they will be new again.

These work really well. They recharge easily and it is nice to not throw away a ton of batteries. I'm excited to see how long they will work for. My only complaint is that they don't seem to hold a charge as long as disposable, but that's likely the case for any rechargeable.

Good battery! I've been been using this brand for about four years now. I've recharge them more times than I can remember. I bought another set of batteries so I would have some back up for when I run out of power.
