Great service and beautiful items. 2 of mine were damaged by the shipping co, but had clearly been very well packaged. Reached out and they personally contacted me to get 2 new ones sent immediately. Absolutely beautiful! Amazing quality, strong, heavy piece.
We were looking for the finishing touch for our bathroom remodel. Our accent was black so finding a black saddle in any store was close to impossible. This product came very well packaged and was in perfect condition. It is just perfect. Looked amazing, great quality, strong, heavy piece. It finished the bathroom floor off perfectly.

As advertised. Very expensive, but arrived fast and whole. Floor and decor's are cheaper, but they told me their shipments of the equivalent often arrive broken.i had to order this because of that problem.

Good quality.
Good quality. A little pricey, but couldn’t find the color in any flooring store. Glad I at least found the color I wanted. Packaged well, the thing probably could have been dropped from 5 ft and still been in one piece.

If you need 2, Buyer Beware!
The pieces themselves look beautiful. The BUYER BEWARE note is that when they say "no two pieces will be the same" they also mean that related to size. We ordered two 4" x 36" beveled pieces because we have a long threshold space to cover. The two pieces have DIFFERENT heights. One is 24/32nds thick (the specified 3/4ths inch thickness) the other piece is 22/32nds thick. A matter of only 1/16th inch, but when they meet in the middle that 1/16th inch makes a HUGE difference -- hurting a bare foot, catching a socked foot, catching the end of a shoe. Will be contacting the company tomorrow and hoping the thickness was just a mistake on one of them. If it was wood, I'd sand it myself, but it's marble.
