surprisingly sturdy and easy to control. the grip locks smoothly without sticking, and the tips line up clean so you can grab what you need without slipping. they feel solid in the hand, not flimsy, and the finish looks professional. honestly just a reliable tool to have around if you need precision.

Other than a design change needed, works great.
It did exactly what I expected. The change, if i had to, would make is maybe another design that would allow a wider lock down. Maybe a feature like an additional lever that swing to a point where it will lock bigger.

Great for first aid kit
I love how small and easy to use these are. Fits easily in my first aid kit. Can be used one handed. Easy to sterilize. Closes tight. Very accuratly described. Not too thick to use to grab nail.

nice quality
These forceps are stainless steel and are durable. I use them for pulling out splinters and plucking hairs out of my dog's ears. I cover the locking mechanism when I use them so they don't lock, making it easier to open again.

A surprising purchase that lasted longer than I expected
I bought these for my daughter when she started nursing school. She still uses them to this day, and she is only a couple of weeks away from graduating this semester. Considering the price I paid and the fact that they've lasted this long without any complaints from her or the need for replacement, this was a good buy in my book. So if you're in a position like me, trying to save a little bit of money but don't want to sacrifice quality, this is a great option.
