tldr: Great Product > Arrived Damaged > but amazing Customer Service > so 5 stars (stuff happens)
I usually stay away from writing these things, largely because I am not entirely convinced it makes that big of an impact. Having said that, this was great customer service, essentially, it was what I would have done if it were my own business...so I was thoroughly happy. So lets talk about the item Product: Really sturdy Well built Cool flip feature Easy assembly Came on time It is a little tall if you plan to have kids write on it [... as long as you reserve the lower half of the white board then it is fine.] Initial concerns: I have hard wood floors so was not sure if it would just be sliding all over the place when I tried to write. I can confidently report that I had no problems there, as the wheels locked in place and still were not slippery. My experience: As I said the product came on time, but had a massive dent in the board and an assembly nut was missing. It was very well packed, but something clearly rammed it and of course ... the missing nut. Needless to say I was royally pissed. In the packing material there was a courtesy note that said if anything was wrong that I should email "Scott". So I took some pics and emailed and went to bed prepping to fight to get my money back, and somehow figure out how to repack and return this huge thing to a UPS. By the time I woke up the next morning Scott had already replied, and asked for some additional info. He apologized and said he would send replacements and that I didn't have to return the damaged board. This was crazy to me! So all email exchanges considered, my issues were apologized for and promised to be addressed, all within about 48 hours. Being a proud skeptic, I was still doubtful (since it all happened text book perfect) so I waited till everything came in the mail. Sure enough everything did and I just had to dump the old board :(. So there it is ...if you want a sturdy practical board and know you are also getting amazing customer service if anything (within reason of course) is wrong, just buy it. This has been a game changer especially with all this at-home-learning...good luck!

Great product and seller!
EDIT 1/18/2019: Office Signals is an awesome seller! They reached out to me immediately after seeing my original review below and shipped out a brand new whiteboard for me at no cost. In the meantime, I realized the "film" issue I was having was just that... film that's supposed to be pulled off the whiteboard before using. It was so perfectly cut and pressed down on the board that I didn't even notice. I'm a pretty observant person so I was really surprised I didn't see it before. Anyways, if you're having issues with erasing, that's probably all it is. Just pull the film off :) Thanks again to Scott at Office Signals for taking care of me. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: See pics and video. Not very happy with this whiteboard. First of all, it's damaged out of the box. The box itself was not damaged so it wasn't from shipping. Second, I'm not sure if it's the type of film they use or what, but it's very hard to erase after only a few hours of writing on it. I've never had this problem with other whiteboards I've used. Lastly, after using the marker they included (which is a joke in itself), I noticed the film is starting to peel off the board where I wrote! This is just terrible. Bottom line: you may save a few bucks over other whiteboards that are similar, but it appears you get what you pay for with this one. Poor quality. Do not recommend.

So far everything is great.
My wife and I are both teachers. We needed a white board to use for instruction during distance learning. It needed to be easy to move so that we could both use it. The whiteboard arrived and was very easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and it took all of about 15 minutes to put together. It has a sturdy metal frame. The wheels lock so the board will not slide on the floor when you are working. I also liked that the board is reversible. You can easily flip it to the back side and write on both sides of the board. So far everything is good. I will update after a couple months of teaching with the durability results.

Good product
The white board arrived in minimal packaging and the box was damaged and broken through in multiple places. While the white board didn't seem obviously damaged one side seems to have large 'crease' in it. While it doesn't effect the ability to write on the board, one side just doesn't have a smooth finish. The white board was extremely simple to put together with clear instructions and it seems to be very sturdy. The white board came with markers and a magnetic eraser which I liked and it cleans really nicely. This white board would be perfect in an office or classroom setting. It is quite large for house use though.

Excellent Build Quality
As a teacher, I've dealt with a lot of white boards. This is double sided, decent enamel, normal amount of ghosting. The enamel will dent in fairly easily so I wouldn't want children around it. The metal backing which makes this "magnetic" feels kind of thin. Going a bit thicker on that would provide a noticeable difference for other teachers who use a lot of magnetic stuff. Magnets will work ok with paper, but anything much heavier is going to slide off even with super powerful neodymium magnets. I always put hand puppets on my white boards. Locking mechanism works well, however you have to wrap your hand around it and push down on both sides of it. Other white boards let you go one handed pretty easily. That's on area where manufacture could improve. Good bolts and nuts are used in assembly, no snags. Steel frame is very sturdy.

Sturdy white board, great for school
The white board works great and is huge! It was no hard to assemble, the only hiccup I ran into when putting it together was with the swivel mechanism. It just needed a little elbow grease to push it into place, and once it snapped in, it felt very sturdy and swivels easily now. Overall, this is a sound whiteboard with a solid frame that is not flimsy at all.

Very stable and excellent customer service
I was most concerned with the sturdiness of a rolling whiteboard. It's positively miserable to write on a board that wobbles back and forth. This one is very sturdy. I can write with normal pressure and it stays completely still. I had a minor issue with the 360 rotation. I emailed Scott, the owner, and he got back to me in just a couple of hours with a simple adjustment that completely solved the problem. There are lots of whiteboards for sale, and, to be honest, many of them look like they may be made in the same factory. What sold me on Office Signals were the rave customer service reviews. Well deserved!

Disappointed that it soaks in the dry eraser marker ink
I thought this was a great product based off of the price and high reviews. The product is extremely sturdy and came packaged very well. Everything was going great until one major, vital issue. The board soaks in the ink from the dry eraser markers. The coating on the board to help remove the ink seems very thin, therefore soaking in the ink. Disappointed that it isn’t working correctly and defective.
