Kontact Ankle Support Guard

I just bought these ankle braces to support my ankles and give my feet some extra padding during Muay Thai and Jui Jitsu. I just received the items and already they seem to be make with quality in mind. They are made of a much thicker material than I had assumed and that was a pleasant surprise. To give you an idea of the one size, I am 6'4" and weight a lean 230 lbs. My shoe size is 15, and they fit my ankles exactly as I think they should. Definitely snug, buy not uncomfortably so. They hug my feet and lower calf very nicely. I can imagine a smaller person not finding them as supportive, but they're perfect for me. I may update this review if I find out that they're not as good as originally thought. If you're reading this though, it means so far so good!

These are great for what I need them for. I don’t want to much support so that my ankles do not become reliant upon it, but I also want some level of support since I know they are a trouble spot for me. These ankle sleeves accomplish that perfectly. The coloring is nice, and the quality and stitching seems good. However, if the logo on the side is very important to you, know that it’ll probably peel off after a wash or two. My left sleeve came with half the logo falling off, but I don’t really care, so it’s still five stars for me .

Great support; however, the part where the seams connect at the bottom of the foot can get a little irritating. I am a size 10.5 and the heel area can also get too tight when I wear it for a full Muay Thai class

I recently started Muay Thai training. I broke the skin open on my insteps from kicking the heavy bag. I know, I know...should be hitting with shins, not instep. I needed something to cover my insteps, so I could continue classes without leaving a trail of DNA everywhere. I ordered these on a Wednesday night and they arrived the next afternoon....thanks Amazon Prime. Wore them to a 90 minute training session, and they are perfect for my needs. The compression on my ankles feels good too. I wear a size 10-10.5 shoe and the L/XL fits great. I didn't have the issue others have had wear the logo peels off. Even if they did, I wouldn't care...function over form for me. Photos were taken after first 90 minute training. There is some wear, but it's to be expected. These may be a bit overpriced. They're more of a $10 product. But all things considered, including the fast shipping, I call it a deal.

Good support. My two issues are: 1. After only being worn about 8 times a run has developed in one of them. 2. The decals started to peel off after only 4 washings by hand and air drying. Not a big deal but I'd rather no decal at all instead of something so cheap that it peels off so quickly. Support is good not too tight or too loose. I don't have wide feet. If I had wide feet these would probably be too tight.. I will try another brand for next purchase.

I rolled by ankle during a BJJ sparring class that put me out for a couple weeks. I tried to wear an ace ankle but that made the healing process worse and I actually felt more pain from it. Looked into the venom ankle brace and I can say that I am completely happy with the product. It feels great and doesn't impair my rolls. As a plus, its helps with mat burns. Some reviews made the product seem bad because the label wore off pretty quick. Now I can agree that this happens, it doesn't bother me. Any thing you wear during these kinds of sports will wear down eventually. Don't let those bad reviews ruin your view on this great product!

Die Bandagen (kommen im 2er Pack) machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Der Stoff fühlt sich gut an und liegt auch angenehm auf der Haut. Die Größe passt auch, die Bandagen sitzen fest (aber nicht zu fest, es schnürt nirgends ein) und verrutschen nicht. Die Farbe entspricht eher einem Oliv/Dunkelgrau statt schwarz, was mich aber nicht weiter stört. Einzig der Aufdruck ist minderwertiger Qualität, der löst sich beim ersten Waschen bereits allmählich. Was die Stabilität angeht habe ich bisher keinen Vergleich zu anderen Produkten, diese hier vermitteln aber eine gute Stabilität. Abgesehen vom Aufdruck top Bandagen.
