I have “forward head” posture would this help?

I found it straightened my back, mine is a lower and Middle back problem, it may well help you to some degree.

Has anyone used this to correct forward rounded shoulders? If so, how well does it work?

in the process of using this for just that. I have seen a little improvement.

Can this be worn during running?

I had on while walking the dog and it's great stuff.

I wore the support to work every day for about 8 hours at at a time, you certainly know that its on as its quite tight but I think it has to be to give the necessary support, its a relief to take it off at the end of the day though! Would definitely recommend this product as its been a tremendous help to my back problem.
