Organic Pumpkin Whole Powder

Perfect for what I wanted to use it for. However, please note: this product is more like "crystals" than powder.

I was expecting more of a pumpkin spice, but it's not that. But there is nothing wrong with it and I received it flawlessly.

Although I didn't like some of these I love the pumpkin!

I bought this product because I heard pumpkin powder mixed with warm milk will help you sleep better on Dr. Oz show. I tried it a couple of times and the powder is kind of thick when mixed and had gritty texture. It also does not mix well with liquid, at least with warm milk. Maybe try it in a blender. Also, I didn't notice sleeping any more soundly through out the night although I only tried it for a couple of days. I may try to use the rest of it in my smoothies or soups. Good luck!

Love this very convenient powdered pumpkin. Tastes great in smoothies and shakes but also can be used in recipes.
