Have to fill every week. Small size

I like to use ghee to cook fried eggs and saute other things, as well as top steamed vegetables. I buy ghee by the jar, and spooning or pouring it out can be quite messy, not to mention the lack of portion control. This little jar, with the attached silicone brush, has allowed me to control just how much ghee I use in the fry pan, and I can brush a bit on top of my steamed broccoli for flavor. And if the broccoli bits get on the brush, it is easily washed. The whole black plastic top screws on, then the portion with the brush is seated in the lid, held in place with a silicone gasket. So it remains reasonably airtight. I only filled it to the top of the brush, to afford more control. The brush head is small. This would not be good to use to brush onto hot items while cooking. I have not had to clean the whole thing yet, but I like the fact that the jar is glass rather than plastic to make it easier to clean, since I'm using a greasy product. Doesn't take up much space on the counter. I am ordering another one for my 2nd home.

Perfect size brush to avoid oiling the griddles and not everything all over. Keeps it clean, with no mess. Just works.

This was just what we wanted. We wanted to spread oil in a pan, but wanted to avoid using paper towels or plastic bags to spread it. This is great! Easy to use, refill, etc. We’ve had this a couple months and haven’t had any problems.

The brush should touch the bottom of the bottle,then only it serves the purpose completely. Otherwise the product was good

My daughter wanted one too, because I have had one for 20 years. It is great, because you can tip a small amount of oil out and swish it around with the brush. Great for using less oil for those with high cholesterol. Also, because it is glass, it can easily go in dishwasher for a thorough clean. Simply brilliant.
