This listing is confusing. part shows; 5 - 7 leaves, another part shows; 12 count (10 pack) how many in an order?

You will need at least 5 - 7 dried mango leaves to make the tea. However the more leaves the more potent the tea will be.. And that will be better for you I disorder.

The description clearly says "Fresh"..."harvested and shipped within 24 hours of order". Yet most comments say they're dried (or rotten) ???

I have ordered 4x from this supplier, unfortunately, only 2 of my packages contained fresh leaves the other 2 packages contained dried brittle leaves.

How much water should i use with these leaves?

I boil 2 cups of water then I pinch a few crush mango leaves and place it in the hot water cover for 1-2 minutes and then drink. I would re used my mango leaves this way a couple more times until it no longer has a taste then I will toss out the leaves and do the same for another fresh one.
