one of my compact florescent bulbs burnt out on a four light E-26 base .I used one of these bulbs to replace it . I was shocked to see it was red in color not daylight and not that bright compared to the three compact florescent. These are a complete waste of money. 100-125 w equivalent is a out right lie because 125 would be brighter and they are not as bright as the 100 equivalent compact daylight florescent and they are not daylight they are red.

It is not daylight!!! Yes it is at 4000k .. but not day light for sure. Gonna return asapLeft is my daylight ad on the right is kind yellowish light with naked eyes... photos dont show much different.. but beware if you want to buy. (Usually I dont write bad review, but this time i have to, really disappointed)

Update : downgraded to 1 star. Only 3 bulbs out of 12 still work, less than 14 days later. Flickering. Somehow water inside of bulbs as well. Cheap product. Disappointed.————-One of the 3 installed flickered within minutes of installation on a non-dimmer light fixture. This was removed and replaced with another one which was fine, but upon closer inspection, the flickering bulb had moisture inside the bulb. (Installed in an interior living room application- no chance it was raining; didn’t appear to get wet in shipment as the shipping box and interior box were in good condition.). Clearly a manufacturing issue.Happy with the bulbs which work. Nice and bright, and 4000k is a great color to not look “fluorescent” and overly artificial blue.But that one bulb makes me uncertain on the overall quality or longevity.

Installed in multiple rooms and all bulbs have same issue after a while, they get water droplets inside and start flickering after few weeks. I do not recommend these. I am certain it is the fact that the bulbs are malfunctioning or poor quality, since only these ones have these problems. I bought the same kinds from 2 years ago and those still work with no problem whatsoever but these new ones do not.

I am super glad to have delayed the review of these ‘bulbs.’ I put all 12 in my master bathroom. 6 in the vanity, 4 over the whirlpool bath, 1 in the shower and 1 in the water closet. These were delivered on May 17. Before July 10, 3 of the bulbs have failed. 1/4 of these bulbs have failed in less than 2 months.The description says 25000 hours. I doubt these had even 25 accumulated hours utilized.Cheap price = substandard units with these particular ones.

So my living room was super dark and was thinking about repainting the walls to try to lighten up the area, but decided to change the bulbs instead as a last resort before repainting. OMG they are bright!!!! SOOOO bright which is great for my room but now almost wished I bought some that were dimmable to lower the brightness at night. That being said, they do exactly what they are supposed to do which is super energy efficient and super bight. If you need bright bulbs, these are the ones.

If they last more than 60 days, it would be better. Have ordered two boxes, and 60 days they burn out.Amazon Customer Service shipped another box for my troubles. That is nice, so the jury is still out to see if these will last longer. When they are lit, the illumination is great, but LED lights should last over 40,000 hours. If I’ve had 15 hours on these, I was lucky. Disgruntled.

I hope the fact that one of the bulbs in this set failed in only 2 days of use is not an indicator that they are all prone to fail quickly. I have several installed that have worked well so far. Time will tell if they are a good value or not. For now one failed, but others have worked.
