Insert the blue handle into tray breath hole, then put it into a container. 2. Submerge the mouth guard under hot water(About 70-80°C)for 15-25 seconds to soften. 3. Let cool for a few seconds. 4. Use the blue handle to safely place the mouth guard under your teeth. 5. Bite down and hold for 15 seconds. 6. Run under cold water to solidify the impression. Note: May take a couple times to get the perfect fit. Repeat steps 1-6. Be cautious: Do not overheat water, or it may cause mouth scalding or mouthpiece distortion.

Works for me. I sleep better.
I ordered the device as I snore at night.I use different device and if I lay on my back I still snore. At any rate, I wanted to be able to sleep on my back for spine support which prompted the purchase. The design of this mouthpiece is very similar to other very expensive oral appliances for snoring. I got a perfect fit on following the instruction.Initially found it very uncomfortable. I couldn't wear it every day at first because after 4 hours of sleep I would wake up. Eventually, 4 turned to 6 and 6 turned to 8. Now I do not any issue sleeping with it.In about 4 weeks, everything seems fine and I'm getting a better nights sleep than I've had in years.Oh, and I don't snore on my back anymore. Thank you!!!

Early results are positive - but there's drooling
I have used this mouthpiece for the last 4 nights. So far, it appears to be doing its job. My goals for this purchase were to lessen my snoring, protect my teeth from night grinding, and rest better when sleeping. My kids and husband have reported that my snoring has decreased over the last 4 days. I usually wake up my kids during the night with loud snoring despite them sleeping in rooms across the hall. My snore has always been extremely loud and somewhat of a nuisance for anyone sleeping in my house, anywhere. I'm glad to hear from my people that it seems to be helping and therefore, we are all resting better. And to that point, I do feel like I am sleeping a little better. I wake up a little easier in the morning. I am not tossing around as much during the night and my sleep feels deeper. Previously I was waking up constantly at night and often only sleeping for 30 minutes at a time. Definite improvement in my sleep. My teeth actually feel both better and worse. The back molar that were bearing the brunt of my night grinding feel much better. The cushion of the mouthpiece is protecting them a good bit so that is how my teeth feel better. The flip side is that the mouthpiece is designed to keep my chin and jaw in their forward position which is how the airway is kept open to reduce snoring. That position puts strain on my lower front teeth as they "hang" for lack of a better word on the mouthpiece at night. My jaw wants to droop down but the mouthpiece holds it up by placing the weight of my jaw on my front lower teeth. This hurts. Not crippling, can't chew or talk hurts, but it is sore each day. I am not sure if my teeth are being moved and I'm ultimately causing myself more trouble in the future or what, but they are sore the next day.One final point I want to make about the user experience is that the mouthpiece makes my mouth water a good deal and feels too large for my mouth. I have to swallow lots of saliva until I finally get my mouth to calm down so I can fall asleep. It has caused me to drool a bit during my sleep in certain positions, as well. This is unpleasant but not a deal breaker. I just wanted to point it out so you will know what to expect. It would also be nice if it came in different sizes because it feels too big for my mouth. That's what she said. And if you made it this far into a review about a $20 mouthpiece that reduces snoring, you deserve a giggle. I hope you have a large humor bone. That's what she said, again.Enjoy!

A positive change
Not only has this product changed sleeping for my wife, (because she doesn't have to hear me snore) it changed sleeping for me. I noticed I am getting overall better sleep using this product.I may be a bit bias, because I am use to sleeping with a night guard, but having the product in my mouth at night was not a problem. If you have never slept with something in your mouth, it may take a while to get used to. It took me about 2 to 3 week to get used to my night guard.I promise you, if you can get use to keeping this in your mouth at night, it will make a positive change.

Works very well!!!
I've spent a fortune on snore aids and cures that don't work. I didn't have high hopes so i was astounded when this worked. I'm a very very loud snorer and can be heard all over the house. I had to sleep in the spare room as my snoring kept my partner awake and homicidal. Now we sleep in the same bed, I rarely ever snore and if i do its quietly. On first use i only pushed my jaw slightly forwards worried about discomfort. That alone massively reduced the volume and quantity of snoring. It wasn't uncomfortable and is easy to sleep with. After a week I reset it again with my jaw a bit further forwards. Virtually cured. We both get a good night sleep now in the same bed. Two months on and the mouth piece is getting a little loose. I have too suck all the air away and create a vacuum within the mouth piece to get it to keep my jaw closed or my jaw opens and the piece falls loose and snoring begins again. But this is a recent development and the vacuum is sorting this for now. But even if i had to buy a new one every 2 to 3 months it would still be worth its weight in gold. It works and we are sleeping in the same bed together.

Made a noticeable difference
I snore a lot. I never liked using a machineto stop snoring. I decided to give this snore stop device a try.I followed the direction to fit my teeth. It was not difficult to do it at all. It definitely requires some getting used to.My family said I was not snoring as much, but I did not feel so refreshed on following days. I actually could not sleep well the 3rd and 4th nights. I did not give up, which is important to get full benefit of this thing in my opinon. I continued to use it and I started to feel better.I have used it for about 3 weeks so far. Now, I can NOT go to sleep without it! It has made a noticeable difference for me.You do have to clean it everyday (Come on, you gotta do it. It's yucky otherwise!).Summary: ease of custom fitting, stops snoring, feels better next day!

It works!
I have a small mouth and this fit great. I no longer snore and it had the unexpected side effect of my ear fluid draining. It's so nice not to have a clogged ear. Also has stopped morning nasal drainage. I sleep so good now! Keep the blue thing in case you need to readjust, mine loosened up after about 3 weeks and I just reheated it. I had done it upside down originally though so oops on my part. It really does work though! I find it extremely comfortable but you will drool a lot the first few weeks. I have worn a night guard for years but this stopped my grinding and snoring and for $20 not $600!
