Great quality, and excellent value for money.
I live on my own in a relatively rural location so purchased 2 of these for additional security to cover the 2 main rooms & entrance points downstairs. I came across these having found the US version called Wyze Cam, which are essentially the same device with different software and app. The Wyze Cam gear's a bit further forward in terms of app development & functionality, but nonetheless, these are excellent, and I'm hoping that the developers follow Wyze Cam route for extending the core functionality. One of the main drivers was for me the value for money, matched with simplicity and reliability. I've now had these installed for a few weeks, and I'm very impressed. The auto-arming geo-fencing feature is excellent. I also liked that the cameras are each supplied with a window sticker telling visitors that your property is protected with video and sound. It's a small thing, but like the rest of the product it's great attention to detail.I note that some other reviewers were put off by the fact that the app is perhaps somewhat invasive from a privacy perspective, however if you've got any voice recognition devices in your home, like Alexa or similar, then I really don't understand the issue. Those guys already know everything ;)The business model is clearly designed to give a decent software service making the cameras highly functional, but for a few £'s each month you can extend the base functionality with a package called Boost, which includes premium features like timed arming, specific activity detection zones, longer cloud clips and just 1 minute cooling off.I've not tried this service yet, but I'm inclined to buy another camera or two, so I expect I will give this a go at some point in the future. It's just £3.49 a month at the time of writing which is very reasonable, although note that does only cover 3 cams per subscription. In terms of a feature or perhaps more specifically product development, the one thing I would buy is an add-on standalone product for a high-decibel alarm module / deterrent, which could be activated manually should the need arise. This is already a feature of more expensive systems like Ring etc.Overall the quality for the price is excellent. If you're not sure buy one and try it. You'll probably be surprised by how good they are.UPDATE: I'm now over 6 months in. These still work great, however the one niggle that I have is that to get the auto arming working for me, it means that I have to remember to open the app on my phone. Without this, generally the auto-arming does not kick in. It's annoying. I have a relatively new Galaxy device, and this is a real disconnect for me. I won't change the rating now, since they do work very well, but this is a bugbear. Will re-consider in 6 months.

Excellent camera with bags of potential
I got a couple of these cameras to keep a beady on my home whilst i was on holiday. They've been excellent for doing this, captured every movement in the house (i have smart lights, so it picked up when these automatically turned on).I feel like there's much improvement to be made in the software, and the devs are talking about adding in most requested features.A downside is that there's no movement masking, and since i live in a place where there are many trees, it means the movement on an externally facing camera is always triggering. Having said that, the devs are talking about adding this as a feature.Another thing that can be easily done is to flash the camera with custom firmware and develop your own interface whcih will be compatible with home assistant. This is definitely somethign i plan to do as i need a hub to control all my smart devices now I'm getting more of them.Great camera for the price, would consider buying more!

Good and easy to set up
Got a couple of these dotted around the home. Easy to install and sync to the app. But connection does drop at times. Installed micro sd cards in each to keep a back up. Recording is good quality and defined. Could do with a sturdy stand as can get knocked easily and change the direction of focus. When apps need updating the update is easy to install.

Read before you buy. And do not buy for now.
I live in the US and got many WYZE camera, which are the exact same camera but I learned once I got the NEOS UK version here, that the software is different and the way the camera behaves is as well.1) The NEOS camera does not let you access continuous recording on your device. Forget about looking at what happen yesterday at noon, not working. NEOS recommended a workaround of removing the SD card, and reading the video once you transfer the SD card to a PC as the camera App does not know how to do this????.... Terrible idea but probably works for the programmer who designed it. Al least, 1 person is happy.2) The NEOS camera saves the clips it records, once the camera is triggered, to the cloud. Now, imagine you get few cameras, how much of your upload bandwidth will be absolutely killed by these camera. Forget about using the internet at home or at the office, the cameras are creating a huge traffic jam. BTW, this is why the WYZE camera do save to the local SD card in the US... Hint, hint... NEOS....3) No person auto detection. So you get a lot of clips triggered by movement, the WYZE cam allows the user to filter and view only the clips where there is a person in the clip recorded. None of this on the NEOS, just got to review the hundreds of clips and talk to you in a year...In short, the UK version of this camera (NEOS) is pale compared to the US version (WYZE). Returning all my NEOS cameras now.Hope NEOS fixes these as this is a great piece of hardware and well priced + NEOS does have a nice support feature where you can chat with them. Well, they better have a good support line with such product, right ;)

Can’t add 2nd user/ now working
Update from previous review, 2nd user now working upgraded to 4*.Previous review; So far the camera works on theprimary account but cannot add another user, the app is worse than useless with a script so feint it’s unreadable. Will be returning to Amazon if the 2nd user issue cant be sorted as the cameras stay armed when the proposed 2nd user is at home 🙄
