Love the 2 shelves
This arrived in a timely manner and seems to work well. I love the 2 shelves and can fit quite a few moist towels on top and a stack of stones on the bottom for emergency direct heat. I have only had this one for a few days but.it seems to hold heat evenly.

Does what it made for.
It fit perfectly underneath our stainless steel table in our aesthetic room. It is large enough for 1 or 2 session for sure. We like the tray that catches condensation for easy cleaning. We'll see if this towel warmer will last.

Quality
I’ve only used it a few times and so far everything is good. To get 40-60 towels you do have to take out the racks and I also believe they have to be smaller towels to get that many in there. But it does keep the towels nice and warm for a good period of time

Weird Smell
It came super quick and works great! the only thing i don’t like is it has a weird smell. Other than that it’s great!
