This is a joke. There should be specific details on how to remove the broken glass. Hair dryers and heat guns don't do a thing. So you heat it up and then try to get the suction cup on fast enough before the adhesive cools again. I was in tears with frustration!! Then thos plastic pics used to pry the glass off are garbage and the edges wear down so easily. I watched so many videos on how its done before I ordered the kit so I would be prepared.. I ended up breaking a little piece of the back glass during the whole shenanigan. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!! IT WILL COST ME 370.00 JUST FOR THE FRONT SCREEN BUT NOW I NEED BOTH... UGGGHH

You will need a heating gun, glue for reassembly and a cleaning solution for residual old adhesive after dissasembly.

completely useless!!!!!!!! I bought this thinking I could quickly fix my phone for a reasonable price. As a college kid with very little money I felt it was the best choice, but this is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!! what this ad doesn't tell you is that a Samsung s10 had an led screen that if you break your glass you will need a whole new one not just the screen itself!!! I beg you pleas save your money and look else where Update its been a few months a my review still stands but now I was charged twice for this product and after talking with customer services for awhile I was told I would a get are fund. which never happened. I highly suggested not wasting your time on this product.
