Works great on a DW 9000 Stand
Fit perfectly on my DW 9000 HH stand. I especially like that the bottom locks down in a set position which forces the cymbal to sit right in a smooth spot on the metal shaft. Because of this the cymbal is not worn down by the metal threads. Aside from that, it works like any other clutch. Good quality metal construction and large firm felt washers.

Got to complete hi hat stand
I recently bought a used drum set that come with a hi hat stand with missing parts. I got this piece and it fits perfectly. Build quality is really good

Reliable, Durable, and Reasonably Priced
I've had this for a couple months now. I upgraded to it after my stock clutch kept coming loose. It was fairly easy and quick to set up, and hasn't come loose even once since I got it. Would recommend!

Got this thing cuz my old clutch would always fall lose and it was really bugging me. I got this and locked it into my preferred position and I haven’t had to just it once for ab 5 months. Definitely going on every kit i own moving forward.

If you need a clutch buy this one
A lot of thought has gone into this clutch to make it incredibly simple, low profile, and functional. I'm embarrassed to say that I was gearing up for a new hi hat stand because the action on the one I've been using just didn't "feel" right after so many years. I decided to try a new clutch instead and I'm glad I did. Saved a load of money and what I thought was a warn out stand is now performing optimally.

If you gig, you need this!
I played years and years without knowing this was even a thing. I've always had an issue with the hi hat clutch. After about 2-3 songs I'd have to tighten the bottom nut of the clutch. This solved that problem, while also letting you adjust the "wash" with the top 2 nuts. I haven't tried it out yet (gig this weekend), but I can tell it's going to solve that problem! Priceless imo.
