Canon Battery Pack LP-E17

I take a ton of photos just to keep practicing and the one battery I get with my EOS R100 is definitely not enough. So I figured purchasing another while the other is charging is a must-have so I can keep taking photos nonstop. I haven't found any issues at all with these batteries but they function pretty well and, since it's by Canon, it fits well and is compatible with the products that they list on their item description. The charge speed was pretty fast. They usually finish charging after I come back from my daily walks (around an hour or so). So far, no problems and works just as advertised.

I know a lot of people have gotten 3rd party camera batteries and had no issues. For me I prefer using the Canon batteries because in my camera it registers the battery health as I am shooting vs. 3rd party batteries. Additionally, I don’t like the idea of plugging a USB-C directly into a battery pack vs. charging it on a cradle.

6 months in use, still not degradated

Exactly what I needed - was bought extra for my camera to have as a back up. Works well. Price in my opinion was expensive but I needed it.

Canon LP-E17 original batteries are more reliable and last longer in my Canon M6 Mark II than many non-OEM batteries. Most importantly, off brands often don't charge in the OEM Canon charger and vice versa. The battery level of off brands also don't often display correctly on the camera. (That may be a problem with Canon firmware, but it is what it is...)
