Must be old stock that someone is getting rid of
Came quicker than expected and color matched fine. Clearcoat seemed dried out, was sticky and left streaks for first layer. When I applied the second coat, the felt tip fell out during pressing it to wet it. It stuck to the car so there is an even worse uneven surface layer and more noticeable than before.

Application isn't great!
The color was a great match however the "dabber" you have to use to put the paint on is not as easy to use as a brush. Paint I have purchased in the past has come with a brush to apply. However this has a weird dabber instead. Don't love that.

Perfect
Worked great. Had to replace my tire carrier and removing the factory bolts was apart of it. Paint had to get stripped so after I installed the aftermarket one I applied this and it dries the same color

Three Stars
Dries out fast.

Doesn't work
The concept itself is flawed, a pen rather than a brush, but the real problem is the paint would not flow properly out of this. It's garbage and I'll probably end up out the money rather than pay postage to send it back.
