The best hair straightener
Don’t let the price scare you to buy a cheap alternative. This hair straightener is worth every penny. Consistent heat, safe to use and leaves hair soft, straight and with a beautiful shine. This is the second purchase of this iron as I finally retired my first one after 8 years; this iron is extremely durable and a great investment.

Love this flat iron!
I had a Paul Mitchell express ion iron for years. When it broke, I replaced it with a Babyliss. My daughter knocked it off the counter so it was time for a new one. I have fine but thick curly hair and it usually takes a long time to flat iron my hair with several passes. I have to use a flat iron to lock in the straightness and avoid humidity. The Neuro Smooth iron only requires 1-2 passes and it kept my hair super straight. I even went to the beach and on a boat and my hair did not get frizzy or start to curl up like it normally did with the Babyliss. I wish I would have stuck with Paul Mitchell in the first place!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter Nyree introduced me to this particular Flat Iron. I have very fine hair and was very skeptical about the flat iron. She persuaded meto get the flat iron by showing other people hair on instagram and a tutorial from Paul Mitchell. I ordered the flat Iron and it came rather quick tomy surprise. OMG! it is the best it heats up in seconds and I use 390 degree temperature for fine hair according to the instructions. Although I domy own hair a lot it looks as if I went to the beauty salon because of the beautiful lust and the smoothness of my hair. I already have a natural sheen to my hair however the flat iron brings out the beauty in my hair. The good thing is my daughter Nyree told me about this awesome flat iron and I have to lend her mine flat iron or buy her one. I think I'll be making another purchase soon.

So worth every penny! 45 mins job done in 8 minutes!
This is literally the greatest thing ever. For years I used just cheap conair (when they first came out) and then I got a chi. Then when it prove I got a Paul Mitchell pro tools smooth and it was so much better than the chi. I've used it for over 3 years and it's wearing out. I decided that I should get a new one in case that broke. I got a babyliss nano titanium 1 inch. Worst straightener ever. It pulled my hair so bad I couldn't even stand it anymore (not tender headed) and it wasn't even straightening my hair. The neuro smooth doesn't pull hair and is so fast at heating up. It takes me usually around 30 mins (blow dried) and 45 (air dried/went to bed with it wet) last night I went to bed with it wet (that's when my hair is at it's worst and kinkiest) turned the neuro smooth on 450 and it took me 8 mins. My hair was board straight and PERFECT. Best. Flat iron. Ever.

Dissapointed
This is my third Paul Mitchell iron to purchase. I have absolutely loved the other two that I owned. This one however is not as good of a product as the two previous ones I owned. When you close the iron around your hair the plates do not completely close together. I have very thin hair and my hair slides right through without being straitened. I can grip really tight on the iron but then it pulls my hair out. This iron heats up super fast and I love that it has a timer. It the plates met together when you closed the iron it would be the perfect flat iron. I do not know if the one I was shipped is just a defective product or if all of the irons are now made this way.

Best flat iron
This is the best iron I have used in fifteen years. I have been straightening my hair since I was in high school, I used to use a blow dryer and a brush.. My hair would always end up frizzy and pouffie, I looked like a poodle. My hair is on the thick coarse side and it takes an hour to straighten with most flat irons. Paul Motchell Neuro Smooth flat iron is very good. It works very fast, as it only took me half an hour to do my hair. I had used the chi flat iron for seven years before this flat iron and the results were not as good. This flat iron keeps my hair flat and smooth. The flat iron heats up very quick to 450 and if you hair is thinner, the lower setting works best. I just love this flat iron and wish I had discovered it sooner.

BURNED HAIR
did not like product, the plates were of silver metal so does not protect hair like the ceramic types. burned my hair more and it made it look it little frizzy from the burn. i had it to an adjustable temp for starters and still was not happy with product. I love Paul Mitchell flat irons as i own one now, but i've had it for 5 years and will probably break soon, so i was looking for one to take over once my old one breaks. You see, there is no way i can show up at work without flat ironing my hair first. I was also looking to buy one exactly like the one i currently own, but am unable to find it, i'm guessing its just an old, no longer available type. my hair is mid length and wavy when i don't flat iron it. looking for a flat iron that protects my hair like the ceramic types. will keep searching. But i was glad that Amazon let me return product without hassles - THANKS AMAZON!! Without that option i would not be able to make such a purchase through Amazon. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! :)

Silky-soft, shiny, and smooth hair!
This is my first titanium flat iron and while I don't see a notable difference from ceramic, this is a good quality straightener. It heats up to 450 degrees for those with unruly hair and is adjustable for those with hair I envy. It gets a good firm grip on the hair without pieces getting caught in the plates and yanked out. It's lightweight and comfortable to hold. The auto shut-off is a nice feature because I'm always questioning whether I remembered to turn it off. It is expensive and there are probably cheaper alternatives but I only replace my flat irons every 5 years or so and I can run this one through my hair at 450 and it doesn't leave me with fried frazzled ends. It actually leaves my hair silky-smooth, shiny, and smooth.
