heavy and cheap looking
really heavy for the size. it's supposed to be a tote to take your pet around town. however it is about as heavy as any pet you would fit in it. the design is really fake and cheesy. It looks like some silly Chinatown knock off of a designer purse. I wouldn't recommend it.

Collapses on my pet, very tarnished hardware
I purchased this bag as it is more stylish compared to the majority of other pet carriers available. However the construction was poor. The top collapses on your pet if you close or zip it, forcing them to lie flat on the bottom of the bag to fit. The bag does also not remain open at the top so your pet can have its head out at any point. My biggest disappointment was the poor quality of the metal hardware (clasps, zippers, etc) which was a very tarnished grey instead of gold. I probably would have kept the bag for short occasional use if it wasn't for the tarnished hardware.

Functional Style
My dog LOVES this bag! She has plenty of room to stretch out. I love the hinge top. Since she travels with me a lot it, it makes it easy to keep her on my lap with the top open rather than our previous bag which always collapsed in on her. Also, the studs on the bottom came in handy when I had to set her down on the airport floor (kept the bag elevated). Recommend if you're looking for something that looks more inconspicuous than your typical dog carrier and that is AIRLINE APPROVED! Note: The bag is slightly heavier than my last Sherpa but has two comfortable adjustable shoulder straps.

Awkward construction
Very stiff, heavy and hinge top made it impossible to close while my dachshund/york ie mix was inside. Sherpa made a great bag, Tote Around Town, perfect length for a dachshund’s long body, I am so DISAPPOINTED they discontinued it. Can’t find anything that fits my dog that it lightweight and easy to carry her in.

Perfect
Absolutely love it, its actually big enough for 2 Chihuahuas lol my dog is only 4lbs so she has a lot of room while its open. The bag looks bigger on the ppl in the pictures with the bag, I'm glad because I didn't want a giant tote. It would be even better for a yorkie
