I purchased 2 bottles. One for me and one for a friend. We were both doing the cleanse to help us kickstart a new diet. She took them during the day and I took them at night before bed like the bottle suggests. The pills definitely made you go to the restroom. Since I took them at night I would usually wake up and go in the morning and didnt go much after that. Sometimes I would have the urge to go again later in the evening but I was out of work so it was fine. My friend she took the during the day as soon as she got into work. She took them there because she would remember to take them. Unlike me she would be going maybe 2-3 times during the day/work. The pills really make you feel debloated but we really didn't see weight loss. It has helped me feel more full even when I ate very little which can aid in weight loss. I was told its because maybe now that my colon has been detoxed I absorb nutrients better.If you are not afraid to go at work, or when you are out or have diarrhea at home do it. Its only 2 weeks.

It seemed to work well for about a week and then stopped getting the desired results. I was disappointed in the final result as I wound up being very bloated and uncomfortable. I do have some issues so maybe someone that usually is regular would have better results.

Product did not work for me as expected. I had very bad craps for the first 5 days. It took two days to start working. From the six day through the 15th day, product did not work. I was actually constipated.

This WORKS!! First day I took it I was eating did not follow instructions. Nothing happened. 2nd day and on I drank glass water did not eat anything for about an hour and lets say the name of this product says it all. :) I ordered one for mom and my cousin. I have stomach issues have had for couple years so I will be going to a Doctor cus its that bad, But this actually wrkd and my stomach feels great! Im still going to doctors but not leaving this cleanser. Its not harsh and it wrks where its predictable so I have sometime to look for a toilet. hehe. My stomach isn't bloated and I don't get cramps like with laxatives. I truly do recommend this. I wrk second shift so after wrk or like half hour before im done I take it or when im off. For me it takes like 2 or 3 hours to feel the effect. I eat pretty healthy and in moderation, well for the most part. Everyones body is different so, expect different result. OHHH Do drink water I normally do, I am normally very thirsty person but taking this I really really get thirsty.. Hope this helps!!

PREPARE THE FLOOD GATES!!! I took the two recommended capsules before bed and the next morning my stomach was churning, I couldn't tell if I was going to yak, or have an anal explosion....thought #2 was correct. I had to tighten my grips on the handicap stall and muzzle my screams. As soon as I could catch my breath, I had to brace myself again for the crapping storm. This product will be your best friend and worst nightmare, but bottom line is, it does what it says!

1. I paid for this. I did not get this for free to write a review.2. Caused bloating.3. Caused tummy to harden.4. Caused gas.5. Had to go to the bathroom at least 5x a day.6. Caused stomach cramps.7. Prevented me from doing daily tasks because of cramping and numerous bathroom trips, hence, paralyzing.8. No weight loss.9. No lightness in feeling.10. Occasionally felt nauseous.11. Took 2 at bedtime with full glass of water for 4 days. Had to stop because I feel like if I continued I would have go to Urgent care or ER.12. Therefore, I would not buy again and do not recommend this.13. If you want to cleanse your colon, do the colonoscopy prep which takes just 3 days, or do a juice cleanse. 2 weeks is too long to be miserable and "paralyzed" to do anything.

I try to keep my tracks moving with a healthy diet but when I need some help I use Colon Cleanse. A few capsules before bed and in the morning I have an easy movement that voids a perfect sculpture of my large intestine. Usually one 'safety-check' to ensure I'm clean and then moving back on with my day. All-in-all it's a 10 to 12 second episode but not in a bad, runny, bursting kind of way - but a clean one push clear out...more of a relaxing release kind of way. It will shock you at the amount of girth you can move with this cleanse, sometimes I am surprised it will flush.I give it a 5 out of 5 and easily one of my top 3 supplements. 9am just isn't the same without my Colon Cleanse!

Works for me! But it is a bit strong for me to use as directed. So I use one pill at night. This helps kick start my motabolism in a healthy way. With this milder version I take the pill for longer than 15 days at a time. But I do stop taking for 7 days. Have done this for several months. I am slowly losing weight. I am 55+, 5'4" and used to weigh 250. I am now at 236. I have also altered my diet. So it's not just this product.
