This is a quality product we have used for over a year. If stored properly in the winter should last a very long time. The best part is the length I can easily reach my entire 35’ pool.

I have used this numerous times so far and it still works great, with no leaking. I ordered one longer than i needed just to make sure it would be long enough to get to the other corner of the pool. If i did it over again i would order only the length i need. That would make it much easier to use. But even with the extra length i am able to move it all around the pool without the end connectors coming apart or the hose getting leaks. Much better than the hoses i used previously.

We bought the pool vacuum hose at the end of the 2023 pool season to have ready for May 2024 pool season. This was a mistake. For a week we struggled to find the reason our pool vacuum system wasn’t working. When our neighbor brought over his hose, it worked just fine. We ended up having to buy ANOTHER hose at our local pool store. Now our vacuum works fine.

I have a big pool that I have got when I bought this old house. The pump and filter of the pool are not adequate to the pool size and it has been sitting neglected for a while. I tried polaris outflow cleaner but it is impossible to connect it to old wall adapters - they crumble under your fingers. Intake cleaners do not really work - the pump is not strong enough to create the sufficient negative pressure once filter gets clogged which is pretty fast. So this little guy is an answer to the high electrical bill and an alternative to the bank-breaking pump/filer replacement. First impression: Pros: - the initial setup is ... none. Unpack, plug, drop in a pool. It starts running. - It's fast and powerful - it does good job on walls and does not get stuck Cons: - The dirt space (between two double-filters) is pretty small. For a big dirty pool it's not enough. - there is no remote as on some models. So I have to clean steps manually. It falls off steps and does not come back on them. With bigger dirt container I'd give it 5 stars. As it is I have to run it several times in a row because it get totally clogged (yes, the pool is big and dirty - maybe in the maintenance mode eventually it will be sufficient). Overall, after 1st week - recommended. Will see the longevity as we go...

I've had many of these over the years, this one is pretty good. Eventually the sun and chlorine will rot them, it's just how things go. But the quality is there, and it should last a while. I expect maybe 5+ years, IDK. We'll see. Sometimes they fail at the spot where the white end is glued to the blue hose. Can't vouch for that, because it's obviously brand new and that takes a while.

Works well as advertised good price

Leaks at both ends so if water is low in the skimmer, like at the end of the season and the water needs to be below the skimmer and return. The pump sucks air through the house connections and stops pumping water. My cheap "light duty" was much better and lasted 10yrs. This hose lasted 1 mo.

Good quality, heavy duty, and well made. No issues with kinking and it rolls up well. I ordered the 40ft hose for my 35 ft pool. My skimmer is closer to one end of the pool so I went back and forth between a 36' or the 40' length. The 40' worked perfecty and price was much better than other suppliers.

I worked okay for a couple weeks but now all it does is keep collapsing it doesn't work and now it's too late for me to get my money back highly do not recommend
