After three months of blocked ears and impaired hearing I finally decided that a visit to the doctor was required. ''Enough earwax in there to make a candle'' was his diagnosis, and an appointment was scheduled for the following week. However, because of the current Covid 19 situation my appointment was cancelled as it was a non-emergency. I was desperate. After scouring the Amazon section on 'earwax removers' and reading the many reviews on the choices available I decided to go with this one. It appeared to be simple, effective and, most importantly, safe. I live in Cyprus, so had to wait another week for delivery (thank you Amazon, you never let me down), so used this time to soften the wax with ear drops. I think the scariest part of using this was that I had to entrust my husband with carrying out the procedure - you know where I'm coming from ladies. The instructions advised using lukewarm water, but as the wax was so hard and compacted I decided to make it slightly hotter, and I pulled my ear slightly forward and upwards to ensure the nozzle fitted snuggly into my ear canal. As a previous reviewer has stated, it took several attempts throughout the day to loosen the wax, but after perseverance it finally worked and the wax just kept on coming! Yes... I could hear again, I was elated. I think I'll make use the kit every couple of months just to ensure ear hygiene. I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone who has a problem with compacted earwax.

I suffer from extremely dry ear wax which results in wax blockages, as well as Tinitus, normally resulting in a visit to the doctors surgery twice a year for an ear syringe. During lockdown I am told this service is no longer available.I could hardly hear the radio and my wife was shouting to make me hear, my balance was slightly affected.I tried many different eardrops/sprays which did not help.I finally used otosan spray which contains natural ingredients: Aloe, tea tree oil, mallow etc.Day four I decided to use this syringe kit £22.67 from amazon. At first I very gently squirted in the water and some wax started to come out. The rest I'll leave to your imagination.I can hear again! Wonderful

I cannot recommend this highly enough! As someone who is plagued with frequent ear wax build up in both ears, this has given me such relief and made life more comfortable and given me real of peace of mind.I’ve had problems with ear wax for all my adult life. Having had to make requests to my GP to have a syringe used quite often (and frequently had my requests turned down) and also having paid good money to have micro suction performed (which personally I found quite ineffective), this product has been a game changer.After some research on Amazon including scouring the reviews, I opted for this and I’m so glad I did. My hearing had become quite impaired during lockdown and with the option to see a GP etc severely restricted I felt I had to take action and kept my expectations realistic.After the first use of this, the sense of relief which only those who suffer from ear wax will know was palpable! At times my ear wax can be solid and quite compounded, on this particular occasion however it was very soft. This took care of it quickly and comfortably, thanks to my wife who had the dubious honour of applying it. She found it very easy to use and couldn’t believe how effective it was. I’ve used it a few times since then, once a month just to keep things in check and it’s been as effective on harder wax build up too. Trust me, but this and you won’t regret it!

This kit contains only six disposable plastic tips! There is not the ability to purchase replacements, which means one will have to repurchase the complete kit if you want to continue using it!

I often get wax build up which causes discomfort and partial deafness in my ears. I had it again and bought this item more in a fit of desperation rather than anything else. But it worked!!!! I have been using olive oil drops to soften the wax. It did take 2 days of drops and using this item but every time I used it, more and more wax came away. Without this I was probably heading towards another ear infection. I will probably start to use this weekly for cleaning purposes, we will see. But this does work, it may work straight away for someone, while like me it took a few sessions. Either way, if you are prone to getting blocked ears, this is probably a worthwhile investment.

After my partner stupidly used a cotton bud to "unclog" his ear he got the opposite effect of 100% clogging and becoming unable to hear in his left ear for 4 days, we bought this on a what's the worst that can happen basics. Well its turned out to be the best thing we've bought for his ears (we've tried the drops ear candles ear syringe etc) this worked on the 3rd spray and unogged his ear. With replacement bits we can both use this to keep on top of our ears.

Have had ear wax problems for ages ,so wife decided and we bought this kit ,it’s easy to assemble and after going online and watching a video it was super easy and efficient to use .Lots of extra instruments to aid removal of stubborn wax , easy to clean and store .wife says it was the best science experiment she’s ever done and listening to the near reach she did when the ear bowl filled with wax Was a bonus!

my son suffers from earwax build up and with this lockdown in place.we tried warming oil etc all of the home remedies and they worked to a point. i decided to get this to try. the instructions are easy to follow and i did feel it might not work. i was so wrong the amount of wax that came out we could have made a candle. excellent buy
