Very nice
Very good insole very similar to the Ailaka insoles but thinner in the toe section wich helps a lot with the tightness in that area wich is a problem with other brands

They Have Their Place
I've had these for about a year and a half now (the large size: I'm between a 9 and 10). Here's the tall and short of it (ha): These soles are much too tall to be used in oxfords or other such low-ankle shoes. Don't bother. Footinsole makes a 1" lift that I've found is mostly agreeable for low-ankle shoes. Here's where things get interesting: try these out in high-topped shoes, namely chukka boots or Converse Chuck Taylor's. The key is to remove the original insole (usually a bugger if they're glued in but no more than a five minute job). I found that I had to adjust to the difference in feel and posture, but once I got the hang of it there was no problem. Personally I use these in a pair of Bull Boxer Hotlen Chukka Boots and altogether they add about an inch-and-a-half. Sturdy-enough to dance in, comfortable-enough to walk for miles (once they're broken in of course). TL:DR = Don't use in low-tops. Try in boots. Insoles themselves fairly sturdy.

Just what I was looking g for. Perfect for boots.

Nice but a little too squishy.
They stay in place and are relatively comfortable but, .. they have a pattern on them that you can feel while you walk. They squish too much. This caused me to feel a little unbalanced…. I was only using the right one to correct a leg length discrepancy caused by a crappy surgeon….These types of lifts would probably be a lot better if you were using both at the same time.

and even comfortable! Can't say I minded being a little taller ...
I bought these because I was wearing a "boot" on one foot, as it was broken, and one of these in the other shoe negated the boot's additional height. Evening out the height took stress off my lower back, and along with cushioning, reduced impact pressure when walking. The insert made walking with the "boot" MUCH easier, and even comfortable! Can't say I minded being a little taller either :) I'm out of the boot and using both now, as the cushioning feels great on my feet, and being taller is good! Note that there is a lot of room in taller shoes like boots or sneakers for the insert, but not as much in dress or casual leather shoes. Still I use them in all my shoes (except sandals of course) and will buy more. Also, they were easy to trim to fit into my shoe with a pair of scissors. I'm very glad I bought them, and the price was well worth it!

Not comfortable
I received these insoles today and am very disappointed. They sink with every step and caused me more pain than not useing them. I had to cut them to get them in my shoes so I can not return but wanted to let you know I do NOT recommend these. Thanks for reading.

Comfortable
I bought these because of a leg length discrepancy due to a knee replacement. Since I'm only using one for my left foot, it seems like they're going to work for me. I just wish you could buy two left or two right ones for people like me. I have no use for the right one. But it's still a five-star product. I just got them today and used them for a short walk. Hopefully, it helps my back some.
