Not without flaws... but for $8 it does what others want $30 for. It Just Works.
It is basic, but it needs no more. Does the job... as advertised... I would have given it less stars if the price wasnt so low. What is wrong with it? DOCUMENTATION I mean... not just how to use it, but even the wire labeling has no English... Please people, 3 tiny stickers by the wire harness would make a world of difference. As to how to actually use it... it is NON intuitive, but I eventually figured it out. Just mash enough buttons and it will work :) I am using this guy to drive a rosin press and keep the plates at a fixed temp. Works like a charm.

Update frequency low
Temperature reading has quite large delay otherwise the unit is nice (I think I've seen spec sheet stating 0.5Hz update rate which is far from true). Relay coil voltage is 12V through transistor to ground. If de-soldered control signal can be used to turn off/on an SSR. 220V version can converted to 12v with some soldering.

Arrived damaged and didn't work
After the first one was lost in shipping, the replacement arrived with damage to the front panel / buttons: looks like something pointy was dropped on the item and the bubble bag couldn't protect the fragile contents. Hoping the defect was only cosmetic, I hooked it up provisionally. Unit powered up, but could not be programmed. Concept is great, but handling required greater care.

Nice little thermostats at a reasonable price point
I love this little thermostat. There is not much to add to the already existing reviews. Only one thing: The 220V version DOES work for 110V. I just installed it for an exhaust fan on 110V that I want to shut off once the exterior temperature falls below a certain temperature. And I works just fine. I like it very much!
