Infant Optics DXR-8 Mount Bracket Holder, Wassers Simplest Wall Mount Compatible with Infant Optics DXR-8

Got this mount because it seemed less flimsy than the other one I was looking at. My husband mounted it tonight and within a few hours it just randomly fell off the wall. My husband is incredibly handy and I would trust him with mounting just about anything so I know this is clearly a design flaw. He said the nails it came with were extremely tiny; but is planning to fix it in the morning. Fingers crossed he can figure it a solution for this mount and maybe I’ll raise my rating. I’m glad my toddler wasn’t in there when it fell. I would not trust this mount as is, especially if you are putting this over a baby’s bed. Could be disastrous.

I was loooking for a baby monitor camera holder that would not have long term wall impact on drywall, easy to installed and that looks good. Wires are nicely hidden behind the unit that is made of good quality plastics (feels good, looks good and is solid). Last, camera is tight on the carrier and does not give me the impression of falling over the kid. The DXR-8 cameras are really heavy and this does a good job.

Easy to install however you have to take the whole thing down if you use yours when you travel...

Don’t buy this product. The holder can’t even hold the monitor. It keeps falling from the wall.

Great product. Holds our baby monitor in place all day every day. Love it. Now my baby can’t knock it off the side of the crib.

This mount was extremely easy to use and install. One of the things I like the most is that it doesn't need any drilling or deep screws for the wall. It holds on with two little nails, and they hold on great! My little one has tried tugging on the wires and the mount has stayed solidly attached to the wall. I highly recommend this for anyone!

I've only had it up 2 days but it works perfectly to mount the Infant Optics monitor on the wall.
