Efficient and Compact
The Engineer's Pocket Book is just what the Engineer's need. It makes designing a lot easier as information is at your fingertips.I like it a lot. However the one I got was slightly damaged. It seemed it was damaged while shipping. The package it came in was torn due to improper handling.I need the book so returning it is out of the question at this time. The company that did the shipping need to be more careful.

Inclusive Data in a Small Package
This was recommended to me by another engineer and it proved to be worth its weight in Gold. Amazing little reference tool.

Almost essential
Brilliant tool for reducing the amount of time it takes to calculate things in the office. Labelled it with sticky note ends, and use it all the time, especially the area loads and densities section, which is undertaken pretty poorly in Eurocode 1 (e.g. "for brick densities, see EN-xxxx" which you probably don't have. Then when you go there it doesn't tell you the exact value you were expecting, nor is there a table for guidance). Some of the text may be a bit small to read for some but the only thing I find too small are the UB and UC etc. tables it contains, for which I would recommend a dedicated book, but this is a small thing and the tables are still very usable. So far I don't think I've gone a day without using it at least once, and any reduction in use is only through me memorising the book's contents

So good I bought two.
I used to pester my friend, a structural engineer, with numerous technical questions. Now I don't have to speak to her, Fiona has the answers!More seriously, this book contains a wealth of information for all aspects of structural engineering in concise tables, graphs, sketches and equations with short descriptions. It's not a teaching text so a good grounding in structural subjects is required to understand the contents, but for those in the field it is an invaluable reference source.

The quality of this book is rubbish.
The quality of this product is rubbish, after a couple a weeks, without using it so much the pages started to torn off and fall apart, like the cover. It didn't even last for 1 year. It was 35£ it be made of better material, the book binding is the worst part. I do not recommend that rubbish. Is a wast of money, no quality at all.

Accessible and Usefull
Really useful little book for surveyors like myself and I refer to it on a relatively regular basis. I would however prefer a large size (A4) rather than this mini version as its the sort of book you need in the office rather than your pocket.
