"You are 3 inches shorter with that hunch-back of yours. Why don't you stand up straight?" Those are just some quotes I have heard from people referring to my slouch/ hunch-back. I feel I have slowly developed a slight hunch-back from working at the computer more hours then I should allow . After putting this posture brace on.I have noticed that I have much better posture while I am wearing this brace, but I feel that once I take it off that my back goes back into slouch mode.That maybe be cause I only started using this brace or maybe that is all it is good for. Either way I am happy with the affordable price and benefits I have received from using this posture brace.

Should say i have significant scoliosis. Had lumbar area fused, but kyphosis, well they ran out of time working on lower back, so that area is catching up to me when standing and walking. I like the product. Some just deal with shoulders only. This comes down to waist which gives better support to the upper back, actually supports the entire back. Also I like the straps being so easily adjustable without removing the brace. Very adjustable on the go. It is warm around the waist, but then I do sweat easily. Happy with the product. Certainly arrived quickly.

Need this for when I'm at my desk all day I've noticed I slouch a lot and it's making my back hurt, this keeps me straight up all day, easy to put on and helps with my backpain

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is the best posture corrector I have ever used! I ordered medium and when it arrived, I thought it is too big, but since it comes with very long flaps, you can wrap it around. It is very comfortable. Definitely a five start product.

I wear this posture corrector all day long. From housework to shopping, because it’s a gentle reminder to straighten my posture. If I do not think about my posture, then the belt gently pulls the shoulder back into the proper position. Similar to an elastic band that has give but pulls gently back on the shoulders. Especially at the beginning it is a bit unusual to hold my posture so straight but after a short time you automatically sit or stand upright without the straps needing to pull so much. The straps can be hidden very well under the clothes. They lie flat and are comfortable to wear. I’m happy I got this.

I was skeptical! But like most people that buy this I have back pain. This brace helps with my pain when I’m cooking and doing housework. It gives you pretty good support for posture correction. I had a compressed fracture (T12) last year. I had kyphoplasty surgery that repaired the fracture. I also have degenerative disc disease in my lower back that is very painful & the dr. basically told me there’s nothing he can do. I had a brace that insurance paid for for my fracture. But they wouldn’t pay for another one even though it was a different problem. If the straps bother you under the arms do what I did & order car seat belt covers for babies. They’re small & work great!

This provides excellent support and it’s simple and comfortable. I especially love the middle spine support !!! It’s so confusing trying to decide which one to purchase. Thankfully , I made the perfect choice. I have horrible back and hip problems. I felt my body immediately realign as soon as I put it on. I can’t recommend this enough. I just wish I had gotten this a long time ago. I had purchased other products which proved to b disappointing . Hope this is helpful and I hope everyone else gets the relief I am feeling.

I have issues with my back going out due to too much time on the laptop for work. I've tried another posture corrector but it was difficult to put on and dug into my shoulders. This corrector is very comfortable as well as easy to put on and take off. It's also highly adjustable for different sized individuals. Highly recommended!

I've always tried to keep straight posture but it's very hard to consistently do especially when I'm always working or busy. This back brace worked really well. It isn't invasive or very tough on your shoulders in order to make you keep your back straight so you end up forgetting about it. I would recommend to be aware that it is thick and so you can get a little sweaty if you're sitting in a car. Probably a good idea to take it off while in the car and use a seat pad instead. Enjoyed this product, will definitely recommend to others!

So far so good - I’m a week into using it, and I started off with the recommend 2-3 hours, increasing every day for a week.Currently, I’m using it about eight hours a day, I work remote from home, in a relatively comfortable chair, but this has helped tremendously with the “slouch.” If you’re an office worker, you’ll know what I mean!A week in to using the corrector however, I’ve found my already poor posture has significantly improved even when I’m not using it. Just day to day, walking around, I have a more “upright” stature.I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone with poor posture, anyone who is working in an chair regularly, or anyone who has any inclination that they might be starting to slouch.

I dont even want to give 1 star.Lets start with Cons first..1. Delivered product is not from Hailicare. Its some cheap made in china copy. Doesn't even have brand name mentioned on item or packaging.2. Cheap Velcro that doesn't even stick3. Weird size. lower belt which is supposed to be just above your navel, was on chest and two parts are not big enough to touch each other.4. Cheap and Narrow sholder belts. They are not even reaching till lower belt's Velcro.5. Overall material does not have any cushion as seen in images. Its just two layered cloth (generally used in bag packs) and in between these two layers, there are metal plates which could easily tore material.6. Most probably it looks like fraud by Seller.Pros:1. Just one! Item is returnable and I got my refund within day from Amazon :D

A very good product , the first one I ordered from another company didn’t fit right . Impossible to put on by myself . This one I put on myself . The first day was a bit uncomfortable only wore it two hours but over time it’s become comfortable and I notice a difference in my posture .
