Perineal Cooling Pad Liners

These were incredibly useful after having my baby, and I’m so glad I had them on hand during postpartum recovery. This set came in handy right away and made that early recovery period feel much more manageable and comfortable. The liners are generously sized, easy to use, and felt very soothing when applied. I appreciated how convenient they were—no prep needed, just open and use—which is exactly what you want when you’re exhausted and healing. The witch hazel felt gentle and refreshing, and the quality of the pads themselves was excellent. This is one of those postpartum essentials I’d absolutely recommend keeping in your recovery kit or hospital bag.

I am very pleased with these. They were so long and the perfect fit for recovering post partum! I used this along with the cooling pads and it was a lifesaver. They soothe and leave you feeling refreshed.

Hated the tucks cooling pads and the hospital version I got — they would dry out and crinkle up. At best, it’d be a mild nuisance that would follow out immediately when changing my padsicle and, at worst, it’d cause pain and irritation because it felt like crinkled tissue paper down there. These cooling pads are great! They’re not perfect— they do move around and shrivel a bit but they are thick and durable. They absorb blood and have a nice cooling effect that lasts longer than Tuck’s or the generic brand did. I find it best to combine it with the Frida Mom ice packs! They work well together!

VERY soothing! If I have another baby, I’ll definitely buy again! Better than the circular witch hazel pads they give you at the hospital because you have to lay them all in a row and they don’t stay put, whereas this is one long strip. 10 stars!

I liked these more than tucks. They are larger than the tucks, so they stay in place better, and they last a little longer. Still don’t last super long, but I found them helpful postpartum.

They’re cooling, comforting, and honestly felt like tiny little spa treatments for my battle-worn behind. If you’re packing a hospital bag, skip the fancy slippers and just toss in a box of these. Your future self will build you a shrine. Five stars. Wouldn’t have survived postpartum without them.
