Clio Kill Waterproof Pen Liquid Eyeliner - Long-Lasting, Precise, Smudge-Proof, Quick-Drying, Rich Colour - 01 Kill Black

Bought this on the strength of the reviews here and elsewhere, hoping that at last I had found an eyeliner that would not budge with my watery eyes. Unfortunately not. The 'flicks' lasted about an hour, if that! The search continues.

I've tried at least 30 different eyeliners (despite many recommendations and buying from the cheapest to most expensive and none really performed) and this is the first with no transfer or budging and I'm so pleased. (thanks jennytwong on You Tube)

Easy to use

This Clio eyeliner is a game-changer! The tip is super precise, which makes it so easy to get clean, sharp lines—even for winged looks. It glides on smoothly, dries quickly, and stays put all day without smudging. Perfect for both beginners and pros. Definitely a new staple in my makeup bag! This is my 5th repurchase.

BEST liquid eyeliner! I’ve repurchased it over and over again and it does not disappoint. It does not transfer at all and lasts all day! 10/10 recommend!

Finally an actual non-smudging eyeliner! I’ve tried quite a few ranging from drugstore to more high end. I used to use KVD liquid liner but it started smudging on me too. Not sure if it was a formula change or what. Anyway, most liners whether they are liquid or pencil tend to give me raccoon eyes by the end of the day, some quicker than others. This liner had no smudging one day, and on a different day I had some sliiiight and very light smudging by the end of an 8 hour work day where I’d been a bit more active, so overall this is a total win! My only complaint is I got the felt tip and while that makes it quick and easy to do my liner, it does feel a tiny bit rough and doesn’t always equal the smoothest line on my lid (though that could just be me). I may try CLIO’s brush tip version later on. I ordered direct from CLUBCLIO so I know the product is legit
