Very informative book
The book explained the diet so well . Truly informative for one who knew absolutely nothing about keto. It would be a wonderful easy to follow guide for anyone embarking on the diet. I learned right away from it that I could never commit to keto diet but if someone chooses to follow it this book would be invaluable to them-in my opinion.

Dry and boring
Its ok. Its a lot of dry textbook style language that kind of makes me want to give up on everything. I try to read it and wake up an hour later having learned nothing at all. I was better off with YouTube videos. Im not saying its a bad book. Its just so dry and boring. The cheap paper doesn’t help at all. There are three pages (or so) that are colored and glossy (food photos). Those are nice. Recipes are typical diet food. Like the book, they are bland and not exciting.

The information is presented in a very readable from.This book covers most everything about Keto you need to know.The benefits of the Standard Keto diet are explained as well as the very few drawbacks.This book will help you decide if you want to start Keto.It's worth your time if you're interested in the Standard Keto diet.

Best Start to Finish Keto Book Out There. Highly Recommend!!
This book is awesome! Exactly what I was looking for! I love gathering information in a textbook style and this book delivers. It dives deep and explains A LOT of the science behind the keto diet as well as how to personalize your keto diet based on your metrics. This will allow you to feel confidient in your decision as well as ward off your friends and family with facts because they are likely uneducated on the topic of ketosis.However, you don't have to follow the book chapter by chapter, I enjoy it that way but you can skip to any chapter you want and should be fine. I think to get the full experience one should read the whole thing front to back but hey, up to the reader.Lastly, I'm so happy they provided recipes and ways to enhance, customize and build off of. Highly recommend and will be lending to all my family members and friends interested!

Very Useful But!
Having decided to shift the weight I purchased this book along with others to get me on my way. The book is an excellent resource covering the science, the variation of Keto diet and generally what to eat and what to avoid. On the downside there was no much in the way of recipes, what was there was based on the US market and there was a long list of foods (one had to trawl through the whole book). Would still recommend despite the negatives.

Reading book is a work in progress.
Still working may way though book, a lot to get your head round. Was hoping to find an area that listed foods you can eat and those you can't, not found it yet. Paper used a bit flimsy, type good. Uses a lot of American ingredients and terminology, need to translate.
