This is a heavy duty, super duty tool. I ripped off my shingles and felt in like a few hours by myself. ! Keeps you from being bent over while getting the shingles and felt off. Don't be afraid for quality reasons. It has plenty.

This is a great tear off tool for shingles. I have been using this style for years. It's very sturdy and well made. The only thing I didn't like about it is the angle is a little too steep. It's designed more for standing up when you're tearing off, when on most roofs it's easier to sit down to tear off. This angle makes it so you have to raise your arms higher which in turn makes your shoulders tired quicker

Good solid metal design. You will be prying with this, you don't want a plastic or fiberglass handle. These are all metal.

Product is great. Carrier destroyed the box. A bit more tape may have motivated that a little.
