Inexpensive Substitute for OEM
Like many other reviewers, I just needed a cyan cartridge that was not empty so I could continue printing in black and white. While error messages did pop up saying that this was not a genuine HP product, once I clicked through all of those, the printer worked fine. So far, I am a happy customer.

Works perfectly!
After I first installed the new cartridges I received a message on my printer screen that HP would not be responsible for quality of printing when using any cartridges other than original HP cartridges. I hit OK and continued. I had to clean my printer heads three times before I got an acceptable photo in color which was more than acceptable and was actually perfect. I highly recommend these cartridges to everyone. Cost effective and functional.

Works Well!
So I played HP’s game by buying genuine ink at many times the cost. I put the new ink in and my USA printer would not take the USA ink I had purchased from a major retailer. Purchased this ink for a fraction of the price and it came right away. My HP desk jet took it and it has worked fine since. Done playing games HP.Tip: Make sure you look at the instructions so you don’t remove the plastic that is meant to stay on.

Recived an empty cartidge
EDIT: 3/4/20 I was not expecting this, but the company reached out to me and offered to rectify the issue. The fact they actually contacted me to make things right was actually really nice of them (even though the purchase was made a while back and they had no obligation to do so), so I've gotta bump up their rating solely for the customer service they've offered! So yeah, definitely get a hold of them if there is a problem, even if it's past the return date.As the title said. The yellow was empty, Magenta and Cyan were full. Bought this last year, so I can't even return it. Printer will not even print B&W or using the other colors, though that's mostly an HP fault.

Great Value, Great product
This Ink works perfectly as an alternative to HP brand. Ink quality is equal to HP. Only difference is you will get a "Start up" window after installation that says "Not an HP Brand product" just click the "I could care less" box and the window closes and you are good to go.

It's pretty okay
The reason it has a 4 star review is because it's not perfect, and not entirely close to OEM quality. However I will say that out of the other brands that I've tried this one was better with color accuracy although the colors are dull. The colors are not "vibrant" as they state, but they're okay. The performance from the cartridge itself is actually great. I will be purchasing again as they're better than other brands, but I wish the colors were more accurate and pop like the OEM. I'm using an HP Officejet Pro 8615.

Great ink for a great price!
Installed in printer, first gave message that is was not an HP ink, then processed the installation. Printed several test pages and all printed beautifully. Highly recommend this ink! Can't say how long it will last, but the printer it's installed in is not highly used..but I'm happy!

Forever having issues
At first, I was ok with these cartridges and have since bought a couple more packs. But there have been problems later on. For instance, there is an inlet port that didn't properly punctured and led to bad print quality that was very difficult to diagnose. Eventually, there was another problem with a different cartridge that was missing the chip (right out of the box) so that the printer didn't recognized it. It was maddening to try to figure this out. I was about to throw out the printer. Besides all these obviously faulty cartridge problems, there is the general hassle of needing frequent print head cleaning, about every 100 color pages, which with the amount we print, about every week it needs many repetitions of printhead cleaning. on the other hand, I have not found any non-HP cartridges that don't have any issues. I think HP sets it up like that on purpose so the printer throws a fit when it's fitted with non-HP cartridges. Still, there are obvious quality issues with this brand.
