Visions Dutch Oven Casserole 5L

Been using this for years and it works great. I pricey but over time I see it worth it money. Easy to clean. We use it for baking and cooking. I have not dropped it or hit it hard on anything yet so cant say much on it durability. But over all great product.

I have been using Corning Visionware for about 40 years and I love it. Got this pot to replace one my wife dropped on a hard tile floor. I have had a large full set of Visionware for about 40 years and they are very durable, work well, and I have never had one break from thermal shock. You can take these from the freeser to the stove, or from the stove to cold water with no problems. Whomever invented this material is a genius. It is nontoxic, and you can see your food cooking through the pot — very handy. This 5 liter Dutch oven is big enough for a large pot of food but not so big, cumbersome, and hard to store as larger stock pots. I love this pot!

This is a massive pot. I cooked 2 pounds of pasta at one time. That's twice as much as my regular Dutch oven. My reason for getting this was to braise large joints for osso bucco, but I'm also going to use it for chicken and dumplings which have to cook for 20 minutes without lifting the lid. This lets me see that they are rising properly. I highly recommend this pan.

The lid doesn’t sit properly or close fully, making the pot unusable. Total waste of time, I had to return it. I bought the 5L size, and even the packaging was terrible. The box was poorly taped and looked mishandled. I would have given it zero stars if Amazon allowed it.

I missed the old vision ware I broke and had to spend $150 for this one that came all the way from Europe. Great pot but the price is too high! My last one only costed me $40.

We damaged our Visions pot that we had for at least thirty years and wanted to replace it. We were afraid that they were no longer being manufactured. I can't wait to use this versatile Dutch oven again.

Have been looking for this for a long time to use to cook things that shouldn’t be cooked with metal cookware. The size is good for making soup to feed a party of 5-6 easily. I like that it’s heat resistant and that I can leave the food in it to store overnight. It’s a bit heavy so need to be extra careful while washing it

Estoy fascinada es de mis mejores adquisiciones, solo que de repente elevan los precios, pero yo espere una oferta y estoy muy contenta con esta compra, hay que guisar a fuego lento por que si no se tienen cuidado se pueden quemar los alimentos, pero solo es adapatarse ;)
