I believe this item is not new
Idk yet , it seems ok for now ,But... this item apparently it had been used before , there is food spots that appears someone owned this Item before and the box opening tab was broken too that it required to tape it down , so makes me to believe that this item is not new. And that’s the reason for my 3 stars

UNACCEPTABLE
The customer service here is horrible. I tried numerous times to get in touch with someone about a defective product. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message. Can't get phone calls back or responses to emails. The product quit working, then started working again, then wouldn't turn off, then wouldn't work again. Had to mail it back which cost me $35! Totally unacceptable since the product was defective! I have now spent $115 and nothing to show for it! AND you are unable to leave a review on their website!
