Stylish and Great for the Price
I agree with the other reviewer, who said that this product has an amazing fit all over and it doesn't stretch out. I ordered my usual size in jeans and these fit perfectly. I am fairly petite (5'3") and these jeans fit the perfect length as full length jeans, and not crop jeans. The distressed knee detail fell on the lower half knee when standing, but was at my knee level when I sat down. One note is that the jeans are not super soft and stretchy. I usually purchase DL 1961 jeans due to their softness and comfort, but these jeans are a great alternative for their price and style. However, I wouldn't turn to these jeans as a jean that I'd like to live in, but rather a jean that is stylish to wear around.

COMFY, FITTED, "HOLD-YOU-IN" PERFECTION!
FIRST order and I am floored. I purchased two different styles of HALE jeans based on the high reviews, picked them up last night and had them sitting in the closet, but I felt guilty so I decided to try them both on and see which one I would return. It's safe to say I won't have to go through all the hassles of returning because as soon as I slipped one leg into this pair, I was in love.IT IS COMFY. The jeans slide RIGHT on. They stretch just the right amount to give you flexibility, but also give your legs structure. For reference, I am 5'5 and regularly a size 25 in jeans. I have thighs and a butt, and both fit amazing in these jeans. These are mid-rise and SO flattering on. My favourite jeans WERE GAP, but I think I've found my forever denim brand in HALE.

these are a perfect fit and accentuate my backside nicely
Due to the amount of stretch indicated, as well as the fact that I’m a curvy girl with a small waist but with hips and a butt, I always size up in designer brands. For me, they will never be TTS. That said, these are a perfect fit and accentuate my backside nicely. Very pleased

These jeans fit TTS, are comfy and the mid rise is perfect for me. I will say they pick up lint and hair but don't most black jeans?! The price is the best part. I usually purchase premium denim and wanted to give these a try, I think they are comparable.

Awesome fit/fabric/price!
I was not expecting to love these! The fabric is soft and comfortable and they fit really well. I typically wear Hudson/Paige/AG/Citizens of Humanity/JBrand in size 27. I ordered these in a 27 as well as the black distressed pair and I’m super impressed with both. I have recommended them to friends and they love them too. I have a very short torso, so, I am not real into the high waist trend. Hoping that Hale comes out with some other mid-rise styles soon.

Too long for a petite woman
I was looking for this style for a month and finally, I found this one and got today. I like this one a lot by itself. Unfortunately, it is too long for me as a petite person. I am returning it and I hope this comes for a petite woman. If it will, I will buy it in every different color.
