Disappointing
First of all there was no indication that this package would arrive from China. As an EU state I was charged 22€ to clear the item from customs. Secondly the package came rolled up in a very small box. Needless to say on unpacking there were many kinks in the material. I laid it flat on the floor for 3 days but the product remained damaged. I placed it on the vehicle hoping it would straighten out in situ, however when you open the boot the mat is high by 3 inches on the right hand side. Very disappointed as this was not a cheap item. Also why was I not advised the product would arrive from a third country? I shop from UK sites to avoid taxes and extra charges.
