Works Well, But....
I had trouble sleeping after a hospital stay, and believe you me, I would used liquor to help relax me, but I can't have liquor, so I tried Chamomile, Sleepytime, and Sweet Dreams. Though Chamomile relaxes, it does not help me with sleep -- I'm asleep, but my brain's awake. Sleepytime works well, but it's a little light. Sweet Dreams, I find, works the best at putting me in a deeper sleep. Although I was able to dream, which really made me feel better, and I could never remember what they were, I knew that they were bad dreams, and always felt unsettled for about an hour after waking. I stopped drinking it for that reason. As for the taste, I can't remember too much, but I believe it had more of a clovey/spicy flavor. The taste was a bit heavier, and fuller bodied than Sleepytime. I would definitely say to give it a try, because it did help me sleep. If after a few days of sleeping well, but feeling more unsettled than normal, you might want to stop for a week and start again to see if it's the tea. If you can't dream at all, to me, bad dreams are better than being half awake and not dreaming at all.

Great flavor. Love packaging.
I really like Bigelow Tea Brand Sweet Dreams Herbal tea. I have been struggling to keep my Sleepytime tea fresh - even in a container. I really like the foil packaging my tea is always fresh. The notes are similar to Sleepytime. I highly recommend this tea. Good flavor and always fresh!

My favorite tea
This is my go-to tea. I don't drink it often in the warmer months, but I go through quite a few boxes in the winter. It's slightly sweet, minty, and very soothing. It won't make you fall asleep but it is very relaxing and "cozy." I drink it often at home, and even bring it in a travel mug throughout the winter. One of the times I love it most, is sipping it while driving home on a cold winter's night. It really helps warm you up and relax you.
