WONDERFUL!!!!!!
I have needed and wanted an ID Card printer for some time and have researched about several of them. But being on a budget, that does create some limitations. I decided to take the plunge and purchase this unit. It is advertised that only prints on 1 side. Don't believe that. The description does not indicate that there is a bypass tray/slot for feeding individual card. I have printed on 1 side, pull up the image to print on the other side, flipped the card over, inserted into the bypass slot, print. And it did print flawlessly! As far as quality? I can't see the need to purchase a similar unit that is more than twice the cost.

Does not work well with provided software
The software they say to use with it does not work very well. I made a ID badge on it and it kept printing blank. I ended up using adobe software, which cost me. and the print quality still wasn't all that great. Also thankfully they provide the driver for the printer because you can not find it anywhere online. Overall not very happy with it.

Great machine! Poor support.
I do small batch cards. Recently decided to print recipe cards for my bar. They work great. All my bartenders love them while they used to the new drinks. Also made name badges for a reunion. Great quality clear graphics (had good pics.) Only drawback for now is software. Still working through that. Printer is great. Support from ID Zone has been less far less.

Makes ID Badges easier
I purchased this product for name badges at an event I co-produce and as name tags for staff at a social club I volunteer at. I'm so excited about the easy of use of this product and the print quality. The images aren't pixelated at all. It's fantastic.

Excellent badge creator
This ID badge creator is an excellent machine. You can create all sorts of ID or security type badges with this machine, printing badges that only require print or also create badges with photo IDs. One thing I didn’t realize was that the machine only prints a one-sided ID, but that’s ok, it’s still an awesome machine! The badge runs on software that is specifically for ID creation, so your badge design will come out in a professional and reliable way, and you can count on uniformity across IDs if you are designing a lot of IDs for people in your company. Highly recommend!
