Retractable cake ring is awesome
I bought this for my husband to make a tiramisu tower for our niece's wedding. These molds worked great, they were easy to use and the tiramisu tower came out amazing. The mold comes in three sizes and is very flexible and durable. The molds do a great job of securing your cake in place and are easy to remove when the cake is ready for the next step. Tiramisu is not a "typical" cake tower dessert, so these molds went beyond what we thought they would do.

Sharp edges. Not easy to wash by hands, washable in the dishwasher. Cheaply made, but can be used for its intended purpose.

These cutouts really will help to reduce cutting away of cake and keeping edges straight.

She bakes a lot and we bought these to help out with that. She likes them and they are getting use. If you like to bake these will do the trick.

I love this baking gadget. Some people use it to stack cakes, I used it to cut those crunchy edges off my cake. It leaves it rounded and smooth instead of jagged when you use a break knife
