Does exactly what it says.
Does exactly as stated, doesn't smell awful like many other strippers, and hasn't ever damaged my hair in the 20+ times I've used it.For those saying it didn't get it back to your natural colour, it won't, that isn't its purpose. It can't remove red, nothing can, and when you use dye - which you obviously have or you wouldn't be using this product - it can't lift the developer in the dye, which explains the yellow left in the hair.It has however removed the colour, which is what it stated it would do.

Left my hair in great condition
It did strip a dark brown colour to a light brown colour , but no where near to my base colour, and also has left my hair smelling of the product when wet, but my hair is still in a great condition

Expected more
Product lifts but definitely doesn’t do as it states, my hair is naturally grey. Box dyed my hair in the summer and decided I didn’t want the hassle of doing my roots. After 3 sessions I’m left with a brassy orange tone and it definitely didn’t take me back to lightest , had high hopes for this product but isn’t any better than some of the cheaper ones I’ve used in previous years
