This was just what I was looking for. I needed a larger cuff for my Omron BP7350. I swapped out the fitting on this new cuff. With the fitting on the Omron. It has been working great. The only draw back that I find is. The cuff can be a little hard to for one person to adjust. I over came this by putting the cuff over my arm and adjusting it to the correct fit. Then I loosened it little bit. Then it is easy to one hand adjust after. It is a well made product and a good value for its price.

I don't have huge arms but big enough to original omron strap was really tight and gave erratic and high readings. This was plenty big and now my readings are what they usually are at the doctors offices. It has plenty to spare as for size too. Then it still fits everyone in the house as well. I don't think we'll need to buy another due to use or whatever but if we did we'd by this again.

I know digital is not as accurate as a manual sphygmometer. It is fairly close though but you have to ensure the proper cuff is used and the device is placed properly on your arm. I recommend using manual devices but this one is a good device to use for comparisons or if you are in a hurry or something.

Omron doesn't make a cuff large enough for me, so I bought this hoping it would work. It does. The actual plug doesn't fit in my machine, but the tubing is the same, so I just attached the tubing to the plug that my tiny "xl" Omron cuff came with. The result was in keeping with the previous result I had at my doctor's office. Side note, it was very difficult to find a cuff that fits me. Amazon, if you're reading this, you should refine your searches so people can enter their arm size, and then maybe you could supply actual relevant results only instead of the mess that currently comes up.

My husband needed the extra large cuff and that is what we ordered with the blood pressure monitor by Dr. Kea. It works perfectly and the accuracy of the readings is right on with those in the doctor's office. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

We needed an extra large cuff to obtain accurate blood pressure readings. I couldn't find one for our machine, an OMRON, so I took a chance and ordered this one, hoping it would work on our machine. It works fine. Good accurate readings.

This is a high quality product but almost every single time, it gives me an "Error 01" reading the first time it starts to inflate. I looked through the error codes and it's an air-leak of some kind during inflation. I have made sure both ends are secure and there is no air leaking so I'm not sure what the problem is. If I turn the unit off and back on again, while there's still some air in the cuff, it inflates to full 100% of the time and gives a fairly accurate reading. There have been 2 times in the 15 times I've used it, where it inflated to full the entire way with no error reading. Also being a "larger sized person" my arms are fairly big. I tried a different blood pressure machine with a cuff that was supposed to fit up to 18" arms and it was extremely tight. Both the default cuff this unit came with (fits up to 17" I believe) and this larger cuff are both massive and are a chore to wrap the extra fabric all the way around the arm. But for some reason this larger sized cuff seems to give more consistent readings with what I get at the Doctor's office than the smaller cuff which is consistently about 10 points higher on my top Blood Pressure.

Not only is the cuff of good quality, they have improved the end of the tubing where it attaches to the measuring device. Fits more snugly and isi of better quality.
