I love these fruit cups, we eat them a couple times a week. They are easy, convenient, and delicious. A good snack that both me and my daughter enjoy. We usually only get the 4 pack but my daughter wanted to bring these in for her class snack so the pack of 24 was great, it was shipped quickly, was packaged nicely and we had some left over. All for a great price!

Refreshing and healthy!
I’ve liked these fruit cups ever since I was a child. As an adult, I find myself craving them still. Cups came undamaged and the fruit tasted just as delicious as I had remembered. I prefer the mixed fruit one because the pineapple and cherry really enhance these cups. A simple peach cup works for me, but this mixed fruit is my preference. I take one with me to work for lunch. That way I have something nice and healthy. It’s the better alternative for me to get some healthy sweetness instead of drinking a soda.

Dole Fruit Cups
These little fruit cups are a perfect snack. I use them in My Niece and Nephew lunch box's as well as my Sister lunch box. Easy to pack an Carry on the go. I always put them in a sandwich bag with a spoon to make it easier. I would definitely recommend these. As well as the sugar content isn't bad if you are Diabetic. Sometimes they leak but not sure if it's because my Nephew is hard on his lunchbox.

These are great & nutritious. If you have trouble opening use some tape & a pencil. Roll back the cover.
