Great pillow and would recommend it to anyone.
Very comfortable pillow, well worth having and I am glad I bought it. You can take out some of the contents to change the firmness / increase softness. It has helped my neck and head pain.

Best pillow ever
I LOVE this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow was the perfect height for me, no adjustment needed. It's a perfect balance of softness and support. I thought the foam cubes might make it feel lumpy, but they don't. I used to often wake up during the night feeling too hot and throw the duvet off, but since buying this pillow that hasn't happened - it really does stay cool all night (as long as you put the side with the blue edging face up). It's expensive, but good sleep is so important it is totally worth it. I'm now planning to buy the body pillow and duvet (when they're on special offer).

Still Keeping Comfort and Shape after nearly Three Years
UPDATE TO REVIEW It is now August 2025 and this was purchased in November 2022. It is still going strong, as good as the day of purchase. The cover has been washed a few times but comes up good as new each time. There is no sign of the pillow losing any of its shape or support. Original review now follows ---I purchased this 4 months ago and delayed any review to see how I got on with it. Past pillows, of various prices, all tended to get flat, lumpy or less effective after a few months and I was after something that would be comfortable but would also last. I can get a stiff neck and want a supportive but comfortable pillow. This was not cheap compared to normal pillows but, as time has gone on, I consider it more than worth the investment. On arrival I initially found it slightly to high and was dubious about how firm it felt. However, a bit of kneading and getting used to it meant that after a couple of nights I was finding it very comfortable and supportive. The inner part of the pillow is a bag containing a lot of small foam shapes that will move around a bit to form a shape where your head goes. It is a few second to pick up the pillow and shake it around if you do not like this. I have also read about some people taking out some of the foam shapes, but I found that just massaging the pillow to form the shape you want was sufficient. The outer cover is pretty thick and provides additional softness and comfort. I also put a normal pillow cover over it, but the outer cover is washable and does wash and tumble dry up a treat. All in all, very pleased. It looks as if this will last a long time, there is no sign of it becoming worn or tired, it has retained the support and comfort throughout and it is probably working out cheaper than buying new pillows every two or three months.

Pleasantly surprised BUT...
I brought this to replace a Tempur pillow. It was lighter and softer than I thought and I didn't think I would like it swapping from the firmness of Tempur. It arrived and I was impressed but felt it needed more blocks in. I was under the impression that it came with some in a little bag to store the extra cubes in so you could adjust it yourself. Mine didn't and I ordered it from here Amazon. Feeling it would need more blocks before I even slept on it did leave me wanting, so I bit the bullet and ordered some. After my first night's sleep I couldn't wait for the extra blocks to arrive. Luckily they arrived the next day and I did need to put half the bag in just to get it as I liked. The overal design is amazing and it is so comfortable yet firm and supporting when needed. It's soft to the touch all over. Having the cooler side is amazing and is my go to side as I like a cold pillow. Even after sitting up on it watching telly in bed I can turn the pillow over to the cold side and it's amazing. Cleaning is easy BUT this is the BUT. It needs a big pillow case so you have been warned if you squeeze it into a small pillow case it won't sit correctly and gets all squashed up. I would love to use it without an extra pillow case as I feel that is the way it's designed to be used and that gives it the best airflow. It also looks good. BUT you can't buy an extra outer case from simba. If you could I would but you can't. Not that I have found anyway. Simba you are missing a trick people want to purchase an extra pillow case. I want to use one wash one. I want to use the pillow the way you designed it, with un restricted airflow. Shaped the way it's meant to be not squashed up in another pillow case. I am sure I am not the only person

Not for me but Simba have other options that might be better
I recently decided to splurge on the Simba Hybrid® Pillow, and I've got some thoughts to share. As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect pillow, I was intrigued by the customizable height and temperature-regulating features. So, let's dive in! First things first, the adjustability is a nice touch. The pillow comes with these little foam cubes that you can add or remove to find your ideal level of support. It's a cool concept, and I appreciate the option to tailor the pillow to my preferences. Plus, the whole thing is machine washable, which is a big plus in my book. No more struggling to keep my pillows clean and fresh! However, I've got to be honest—this pillow is pretty pricey. I mean, for what it is, it's a serious investment. And while I really wanted to love it, I found that it just didn't provide the level of support I needed. I'm a side sleeper, and I often struggle with neck pain, so I was hoping this pillow would be the answer to my prayers. But after a few nights of trying to make it work, I ended up going back to my trusty old pillow. That being said, I didn't give up on Simba entirely. I decided to try their firm hybrid pillow, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. The extra support has made a world of difference for my neck, and I've been sleeping like a baby ever since. So, while the original Simba Hybrid Pillow might not have been the right fit for me, I'm still a fan of the brand. In the end, if you're looking for a high-end, customizable pillow and you're willing to splurge, the Simba Hybrid Pillow might be worth a shot. Just keep in mind that it may not work for everyone, especially if you need a lot of support. And if you're a side sleeper like me, you might want to check out their firm option instead. Happy snoozing!

Versatile, comfort and lots of cubes.
I’m really enjoying adding and taking out the nano cubes to create my perfect pillow. I’m nearly there. I think this is a great concept as let’s me explore all options. I was amazed by the amount of cubes that came with the pillow. Given that I have very few, I have enough to make another one for my husband by using a zip mattress protector to house the cubes. As the main pillow case is very large, I think it’s slightly over sized when trying to get it in my standard pillow case, which for me means less nanotubes in my pillow. It’s an expensive purchase, but I think it’s worth it for the versatility it brings. And of course it’s very comfortable and you have no feeling of the cubes at all, just softness.

ONE YEAR LATER - DO NOT RECOMMEND
ONE YEAR (and a bit) LATER - DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANNOYANCE ==================================================== DO NOT BUY - YOU ARE BUYING EXPENSIVE MARKETING NOT A QUALITY, COMFORTABLE PILLOW THAT LASTS A REASONABLE TIME! When I first got this it was such a massive upgrade on my old pillow that I did feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. It was far, far softer than I expected or am used to, but it briefly felt like a cloud because of how poor my previous pillow had become. That "cloud" feeling did not last. Despite having ALL of the filling in it started to feel softer and softer and my head sank deeper into it. Very quickly it became very uncomfortable. OK, I expect ALL pillows will get worse over time, but not so rapidly. I should have replaced it after a couple of months, but in my head: "I've spent so much on it, I can't just throw that much money in the bin". Stupid, I know, but I put up with it for far longer than I should have because I'd spent £85 on it. Now, just over a year later I HAVE to get rid of it. I wake every morning with excruciating neck pain and headaches. I think I would still be annoyed and disappointed if this had only cost £30. I will NEVER spend this much on a pillow again and I will never buy from a brand that doesn't have at least a 2 year guarantee. The quality of the materials ARE very good and it FEELS like a luxury pillow to touch, but the support level is woeful - and support is ALL that truly matters for a pillow. It's basically just a slightly padded sack of foam cubes. If it had a solid pad of firmer foam too maybe that would help. It also doesn't keep me cool like it promised. I expect such an expensive pillow to be good for at least a few years. I'll now stick to cheaper ones and won't feel so aggrieved at having to replace them. I'll also note, when I bought mine there were no firmness options, that is something that has been updated on the product page. I believe I may have a "medium" (which feels more like "super soft"). BOTTOM LINE: - MUCH softer than expected - WAY overpriced for the quality of support - Doesn't keep you cool as claimed - Quickly caused discomfort which worsened to excruciating neck pain and headaches every morning - Don't be fooled by the nice materials, they mean nothing if it doesn't do its job as a pillow - If it wasn't clear: I WHOLE HEARTEDLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
