The whole bottle makes 126, 1 cup servings or almost 8 gallons in total.

How does this compare to the knorr home style concentrated stock (the 4 tiny jelly tubs to a pack)?

I have not tried the tiny tubs. We eat a lot of soup so the convenience of the larger container is perfect for us

Is this product equal to the little stock pot packs that came 4 to a pack and are no longer available? they said knorr homestyle stock.

It's concentrated, so a serving size of this + water = broth

I don't see onion/garlic in ingredient, however, are they included in the first ingredient(chicken broth)?

I checked both Chicken & Beef....neither mentioned onion/garlic.
