Love these little things. I wanted something to help me breathe easier at night, but I didn't want anything with sugar or artificial sweeteners. These are perfect. They clear your sinuses and they are sweetened with stevia. They are quite small, but do exactly what I want them to do. As other customers have mentioned, these do have a bit of a chewy feel, but they hold together and also dissolve like a harder lozenge might do. If you don't chew on them, they slowly dissolve which is also like I want.

Finally, some cough drops, or throat lozenges, that are made with Stevia! i’ve never understood why so many major manufacturers continue to use aspartame and sucralose instead of this sweetener derived from a natural plant. They are smaller than your normal lozenge, but they get the job done, and as I said, without ingesting more chemicals needlessly.

Tastes like menthol, the texture is good.

I'm so glad these are sugar free. I always have some in my pocket. They are just the right size and the menthol is just right. Even the grandkids use them when they are stuffy.

I have ordered from Amazon since it's inception, have ordered hundreds if not thousands of items some good & bad however this is the first review I have ever written because of how unhappy I am with this product and its miss leading product information on Amazon.Even though this product says that it is sweetened with Stevia and other non-nutrient sweeteners, it has a very high carb content. Like many consumers, I bought this product to keep my carb intake down when needing a cough drop because of the high carb content in most regular cough drops. Even though these are very small, the size of a large pea, they have almost one carb per drop. Regular cough drops are at least 3-4 times the size and have one carb per drop. There is something wrong with the product information if it is super small and has no nutrient sweetener but yet has one carb per drop.In addition, these are not cheap, about $8 for a small bag, and the company has a "no return" policy.I bought other stevia sweetened cough drops on Amazon with no carbs that are fantastic. Save your money and carb intake and buy one of the other stevia sweetened cough drops on Amazon.

Love these for a cough, sore throat, to open your sinuses or just a breath mint.

I was interested in trying this sugar free brand because it contains Stevia as opposed to other sugar free products that use sweeteners with strong side effects. So far no harsh side effects from the stevia. I would have liked the menthol/eucalyptus to be stronger. It was very mild. The size could have been slightly larger. It did sooth my throat but one lozenge was not enough because they were so small.
